Great Experience
You don’t have to wait nearly as long as other visitors. Only way to go. Stairs are not for the faint of heart! Ami was wonderful and caring. Well informed.

John was extremely knowledgeable and made the entire experience exceptional. Enjoyed listening to his explanation of the events of D Day and his vast historical knowledge of events that led up to the day.

Informative and so enjoyable
We had a fantastic day with Cristina as our guide. She has such a fantastic sense of humour and was brilliant with the children who were on the tour as well. She was so knowledgeable about the lagoon and what we were seeing as we travelled to the islands and she gave us clear instructions about what to expect and where we had to be and when. Even my husband who isn't usually into these sorts of tours was fully engaged and asking questions, and that was down to Cristina.

2 walled cities, wine, and lunch
We loved our day with Sameh! The trip was a bit too crowded (every seat taken on the large bus) but other than that it was so fun and beautiful. Sameh is really funny and easy to understand. The cities were wonderful to see and the wine was great too! Montepulciano was my favorite!

Lorenzo is the best!
Lorenzo was an amazing tour guide. He knew so much history about the locations we were visiting. He was cognizant of time, but also didn’t overwhelm us. He was very punctual and made all the time deadlines. He made sure we had accountability of all participants during the entire visit. He’s the best!!

Best tour guide
Olga was the most amazing, informative and lovely tour guide. I learnt so much from her. And the way she included everybody in the chat, made everything really clear to understand was just brilliant. I want to come back again when the Sagrada Familia is finished, and have Olga take me around again. Will be telling all of my fam and friends to request Olga. And it was so nice having a smaller group of people, but I think Olga would be great either in a big or small group.

Beautiful place but over crowded. Would recommend but inform of situation
The travel to the palace & back was comfortable. The guides were knowledgeable. The palace was beautiful for what we could see but was extremely crowded!!!! The groups should have been spaced out more so that each group could have enjoyed the rooms before the next group came in. Waaaaayyyy too many people in at one time. There was supposed to ba a strike at the palace the next day, so perhaps they over booked because of it. Would like to go through it again

Guide was very knowledgeable and easy to follow. He brought our attention to the most noteworthy points of interest. He was great at navigating us through large crowds, keeping us together, and taking some shortcuts which eliminated wait times.

Fantastic tour! Bus and drivers were comfortable and made for a very nice trip. The highlight was our tour guide, John! He was extremely relatable and just an easy listen. Clearly knowledgeable about the extensive history of D-Day and France in general, he provided us with a lot of newfound information and we loved every minute!

Our guides Sam and Ray were amazing- knowledgeable courteous and both told great details about Normandy related to the war and also about the region as well- highly recommend! The lunch spot was fast and tasty!

A great day trip to commemorate US WW II war heroes and learn about the historical DDay at Normandy !
Good story telling my John with context and with the right momentum. He seemed to be very passionate and well read about all WW II topics. We spent good amount of time in the museum and the cemetery and also at the location where the historic climb happened . This was a very informational tour and anyone who is passionate about world war history will enjoy it. The lunch provided was sufficient and accommodated to vegetarian diet. All in all I would highly recommend this tour

Great tour. Fascinating to see the traditional glass blowing and lace making on two beautiful islands. Thanks to our tour guide Francesca Gin for the interesting insights to the history of the islands and archipelago.

Good tour, would recommend!
Worth it just to skip the lines itself, but the tour guide was very informative and added a lot of value to our experience. Only downside is that it was a large group so could be hard to ask questions at times, which was unfortunate given the expense of this tour.

Nice but robotic experience due to large number
Tour guide Chiara and Bus driver Julian were great. We were told about the time frame and schedule ahead of time in terms of what to expect etc. The only thing I would like to change is that the company should’ve disclose the number of tourist that we were going to accompany which was around 100 sitting in a large size bus. Getting out and in would take so long. The lunch/wine tasting was robotic. I mean serving 100 people in a large dining hall takes skills with no presence of private of personal experience. I believe they offer private tour which I came to know later and would’ve booked one for my family

Must see!
Our tour was fantastic! I don’t remember our guides name, I’m sorry (April 5th at 10:30AM) but he was so informative and very knowledgeable about everything we saw. We first went to Palatine Hill then Roman Forum and finished at the Colosseum. The tour was about 3 hours and worth every penny. I highly recommend!

Great 3 hour tour!
This tour was well organized and executed, and our guide Urs did an excellent job! Meeting point was easy to find, equipment to hear the guide worked well, and the information was very good.
