This was an amazing day. It was a tiring day but so worth it. Angela the guide that was on the bus and with us throughout the day was brilliant very informative and helpful. The tour guide in Pompeii was very informative and gave us time to explore a little ourselves as well. Had a really great day even the 8 year old enjoyed it due mainly to how good Angela was

It was chaotic. We also had less time to eat. The stop caters to locals than tourists. Like who eats sweets for breakfast??? We are not Italians. We are tourist. The guide in Pompeii was slow and emphasized more on bathroom breaks like how many times we have to defecate and urinate? Time is limited. Everything was slow like time was wasted on unimportant things like small talk but less time to get food? We ordered pizza, we ended eating in the bus. Horrible experience. Pizza was not savory. Only an hour and 30mins in Positano but chitchat was 30 mins so ended up only an hour to roam around on crowded Positano. It’s not even summer. How can u enjoy?

Bonjour J'avais demandé un guide accompagnateur en français, mais tout le long du trajet surtout aller, il a commenté en anglais sans un mot de français !.... A part ça (ce qui est important) la visite de la maison et le jardin du peintre Monet s'est bien passé..... Il faudrait être plus précis concernant les guides , savoir si c'est du français ou une langue étrangère..... Merci (Je suis obligé de vous retirer des étoiles par apport à ce problème)

Our guide Valentina and driver Luca were the best! Valentina is very polite, professional and knowledgeable. The guide at Pompeii again was very knowledgeable and funny. We absolutely loved Sorrento, eating at restaurant with a view of the mount Vesuvius and the sea/harbour was amazing. We would recommend to anyone visiting Rome. Very easy to book online and to find meeting point on the A line of the metro. We would definitely do this again.

Really recommend this tour. The guide ensured we were well situated to get fabulous photos and viewing points. His local knowledge allowed us to see the King as he exited the castle to go to Downing Street. Money well spent. On a technical level the headphones were terrible but our guide still made sure it didn’t impact our tour.

Due to a train delay we were 10 Min. late. No one’s fault. When I realized we’d be late I contacted tour people. This took FOREVER! I had no way to contact tour leader & thus missed the tour. G. Y. Guide said ‘too bad’. No way to contact leader. no refund. This Made for a horrible day. Margie N. , Canada
