beefeater meeting worth the tour.
Excellent tour with Beefeater. Accidental meeting with the general of the fortress. Tour guide from tour company pleasant. Wished more detail on the tower history and less on London city. Understand they are integrated.

Great half day tour!
This was a fantastic tour with Elly! We met at a very easy to find monument, and proceeded to our private boat. Small tour, under 20 people. First stop was Murano, where we saw a grass blowing demonstration and got to tour the town. Next stop Burano, which was so picturesque. We saw lace making there, and then Elly had great suggestions for lunch and gelato. This tour was a great mix of structure with the tours and personal time to just walk around and soak up the culture. Elly was a delightful guide, and really made the day special for us!

Scott from Scranton (the electric city) gave us 300 years of history on 3 hours and 10,000 steps as promised. He was kind, funny, and thorough. He made history come alive for us. I learned this stuff in school, but nothing compares to this experience. He even helped us avoid crowds as much as possible.

Guide historical presentation was interesting
The tour guide provided interesting and relevant historical facts. Kept tour on pace. Time at Omaha beach could have been just a little longer. Micro phone in bus could have been louder.

Guide never showed up
Tour guide never showed up. after looking and walking around the entire square for 40mins I eventually gave up. There was never anyone with a sign/flag saying City Wonders. No bother booking this tour as they just take your money and then don’t actually give you the tour you paid for. Better to just book a ticket to the palace and walk around yourself. Don’t bother with this tour company.

Charming Burano with Alessandra
We had a wonderful tour with our guide Alessandra. She shared a lot of history about Venice in general and about Murano and Burano islands in particular. We particularly loved the charming island of Burano! The boat was very comfortable and only for the members of the tour group, so that made it even more fun.

Archaeologists are the best tour guides!
Our tour guide was an archaeologist with a PhD! It was interesting, informative, and so much fun! Of course the coliseum and Palatine Hill were breathtaking!

I definitely recommend this tour Alexandra or Alex was our guided she did a wonderful job very knowledgeable. The only thing is you need more time on the Isle of burano.

Fabulous!
Scott was a terrific guide and I only wish we could have stayed for the whole thing! We were traveling with some cranky preteens/teens who were over doing walking tours (after 7 days) by the time we were at the Colosseum. Scott was so good I was heartbroken to have to tap out after the colosseum! But we got to see and learn about half the tour which was so worth it! Next time I will go without teens!!

Knowledge and time efficient journey if you are considering one day trip from Rome

Highly recommend. The place is very beautiful and "cool" according to my teenage daughters. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The process with getting there and back was a great experience. I didn't have to worry about transportation and where to go once you are there. The guide did a great job making recommendations.

A fun family day
Good background information on he artist and garden during bus ride with suggestions for what to see first. The audio download was fine, but distracting as we toured garden. I wished I had listened to it before the tour. I’m glad we went early in season as I can imagine how much more crowded the garden could be later I. The summer.
