My wife and I really enjoyed this tour! Every individual element of the experience was brilliant. The crypts were fascinating, the catacombs were very interesting, and the stop at the church at the end was absolutely beautifully. But the real star of the whole day was our tour guide, Alan. Alan was brilliant from the very beginning, asking everyone their names and where they were from made it very personal from the get go. He explained things in a very interesting and engaging way throughout, and he was very funny in his delivery as well. Overall, we really enjoyed the history, the insight and the experience of these different locations, but with Alan as our guide it for sure made it an unforgettable experience.

Was very rushed and no time to actually enjoy. Orvieto - need minimum of 5 hours Lunch - was cheap and nasty . The wine tasting - well no explanation of the grapes used, was just told the year. Within 5 minutes they were trying to rush you to try the next, and the next, and the next. Clearly they had a booking after us and just wanted us to eat and run. Appalling, commercial and I would eliminate this from the tour. Instead allow participants all this time in Orvieto and spend their money in this lovely town supporting their cafes. Everyone would then have time to shop ABD enjoy the sites. Bagnoregio - another great location and a surprise. Was happy with the time allocated here. The coach was like new, very comfortable, good driver. Had wi-fi and USB charging. Our guide Chiara was very pleasant and lovely. Tours should be supporting the small cafes within these towns, not a commercial entity like the winery. Felt like cattle yards getting rushed thru just for the payment.

Francesca Gin was an excellent tour guide. She provided lots of history, answered questions and made the tour truly special. We loved the guided history parts, glassmaking demonstrations and meeting one for Burono lace masters. It was also nice to have some free time on each island too. I would highly recommend this tour to any family.

Guide never showed up

Tour guide never showed up. after looking and walking around the entire square for 40mins I eventually gave up. There was never anyone with a sign/flag saying City Wonders. No bother booking this tour as they just take your money and then don’t actually give you the tour you paid for. Better to just book a ticket to the palace and walk around yourself. Don’t bother with this tour company.
