Extremely well Organised , our tour guide Esan ? Was tremendous , so knowledgeable and kept good care of the group some of which were elderly and found all the steps hard .

John gave a great tour - in the long drive to Normandy, he described the historic background very well. It would have been nice to have audio enhancers like other tours since I am somewhat hard of hearing. He is an excellent guide however.

This was a great trip! John and Maya are knowledgeable and thoughtful guides. One note: it would be helpful to note that Omaha Beach is a “view only” stop. Based on previous reviews and the description, that was not clear.

Must Do!

Louise Kennedy, our tour guide, brought the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill come to life for us. We learned so much. Louise was so knowledgeable and you can tell she’s passionate about this tour. What also made Louise stand out from all of the other tour guides we had was that just took the time to get to know each of us before the tour, so it made us feel special. She was also very accommodating looking out for me as I am 7 months pregnant; she encouraged me to take the elevators as opposed to the steps when going up the Colosseum. We would not have appreciated this visit had we not had a tour guide with us. 10 out of 10 recommend.

A must see!

The tour with Heather - from Newcastle - was so much fun! She made the tour so interesting and funny. I like that the group was split into smaller sizes to go through. I was blown away by the Crypts - so much different than what I had imagined. The Catacombs were very interesting - you have to have a guide, or you could be lost forever in that maze. I did find the church at the end of the tour to be truly astounding and a bonus!

Horrible customer service

Showed up at the meeting point no one was there. Called customer service and asked for tickets. Would not provide tickets or a refund. Very unprofessional.

Great trips to all the locations , felt a little rushed in the first . Long walks from the coach to the destinations, this time could of been spent exploring.

Bus driver and facilitator (guide) were fine - but the back of the bus does not hold 5 people across. Very uncomfortable. My husband and I about 5 seats apart the whole time. Some families would not allow themselves to be separated and they did not like sitting in the far back as well. Guide said it was not a race, but it actually is. You have to get in first to make sure you have the best possible seat. We were last. It is a race, we know that now.

Antonino was an awesome guide. He was funny and very informative. He provided additional information to supplement what the guide in Pompeii provided which helped with understanding what was going on during that time. Our driver Johnny was also excellent and friendly. I definitely recommend this tour.
