Bones and Crypts!
Our guide Catarina was excellent. Full of personality and knowledge. Really enjoyed our tour with her! Highly recommend! Bones were really not my thing but the rest of the family totally amazed. Definitely something to see for sure! Something not to miss!

Fantastic tour, Omar our guide was brilliant and had a nice sense of humor. I would highly recommend since there is so much to see at the louve.

Louvre Tour
This was a stressful experience of crowds beyond what was comfortable for us. If extremely crowded places bother you- you may want to do something else. First off, we met in the dusty area outside the museum. Our guide was late arriving for the tour ( red headed gentleman with curls and a Scottish accent). There seemed to be organization issues with the company. If you want a prompt tour, skip this one. We were able to use the group facilities and entrance which saves time compared to general admission. I must say, he was very knowledgeable about the art and he knew an astounding amount of information! The tour lasted 3 hours and we saw the most popular/ famous works there Mona Lisa , etc…. If things were better organized and less crowded- we would give it a higher score. Our suggestion would be to find a private or very small group tour on an off peak - less busy weekday to tour the Louvre to have a better experience.

Good Tour
This was one of the better tours we had while in Italy. Our guide, even though a native Italian, spoke flawless English and was both friendly and knowledgeable. Only suggestion would be to extend our time on the islands by an our or so.

Our Guide, Cosmo was incredible! His love and passion for art and history really came through and made the paintings and sculptures come to life. His humor and wit along with his knowledge made the tour a fun and truly memorable experience. We had a wonderful day!

The Vatican tour was wonderful, very thorough instructions on what to do and where to meet. We had to make some changes with our group, and the customer service representative was very helpful. This is the only way to see the Vatican and I highly recommend.

A wonderful way to visit the Vatican.
Three hours touring around the Vatican sounded like a long time but in reality it went so quickly due to the superb knowledge of our tour guide Alex. She was incredible and so knowledgable about the history of the area. So interesting. The highlight was the Sistine Chapel which was breathtaking. St Peter’s Basilica was also really great and Alex shared lots of interesting facts along the tour. The tour was expensive but so worth the money. It was also good to skip a few queues along the way too. Thank you Alex for a lovely first day in Rome. From the Londoners.

A long day!
It is a LONG day - The time on the bus is far longer than the time spent at Pompei and Positano. However, the drivers were great, our tour guide Paola was knowledgeable and friendly! The guide we had at Pompei - Enzo was fantastic

Enjoyable trip
A long but enjoyable day. Nice mixture of the coast, pretty town and the amazing sights at Pompeii. Errica was an excellent guide and Luca a very safe driver.

Great experience!! Nathan was awesome. Highly recommend taking this tour! Cinque Terre is unreal, and Pisa was a sight to see. Nathan was funny, well-informed, and a great guide.

Perfect Tour Guide
This was the highlight of our visit to Rome. Maria Louisa was our tour guide and she was a true scholar. She really brought the tour to life and I could have walked around listening to her stories and insights for many more hours.

Excellent View, Excellent Guide and Driver!
Our tour guide Sonia and driver Antonio were both excellent and they made the tour so interesting and safe. I did not feel boring or tired during the 14 hour. Weather was so good, which made the tour even more excellent.

So glad we had a guide and audio to hear her in the crowds. So many turns sling tgd way I feel like we would’ve gotten lost on our own.

Unforgiving refund policy
Unfortunately, in March of 2025 I got quite ill the night before we were supposed to take the tour to Pompeii. I'm pretty sure it was something I ate : ( I contacted the company to see if they could do any sort of a refund and to make sure that they weren't waiting on us the next morning to leave as I could not attend. The company said that since it was less than 24 hours ahead of the tour the prepaid tickets were 100% non refundable, and while I understand that not all expenses can be refunded, I think a partial refund would have been appropriate. Or at least some sort of partial credit or an option to rebook. I was given none of those so we paid for the entire tour ($260) and because I fell ill got nothing for it. Just something to keep in mind, I know life happens, but this company's refund policy is very non forgiving.

Wonderful Experience w/ PG as tour guide
My family and I had such a wonderful time with our guided tour of the Vatican, Sistine Chapel, and St Peter’s Basilica. I was a little worried we wouldn’t be able to enter St. Peter’s because of the other reviews I read on here, but our tour guide had no issues. I don’t think we would’ve had the educational experience we had if we did not have a tour guide with us (we probably would’ve just been wandering around taking photos without knowing the significance behind it). Our tour guide, PG was phenomenal despite the amount of people in our group. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Positive review of Positano and Pompeii!
This is a long day so be prepared for this. That being said it is a great day and worth pushing your stamina a bit. If you are not able to spend a week touring Pompeii and the Sorrento peninsula this is the tour for you. We got to learn and experience a bit of both and would love to go back!! Our guide, Errica and driver, Luca were fantastic and obviously very experienced!

Long Drive
Too long of a drive from Paris for only having two and half hours there. It would help to have the shuttle drop off at the building verses the bridge.

Great day but long.
Great Day but very long. Our guide Paola and driver Andreas were brilliant as was our guide in Pompeii, Bernadette. Lovely stop at the Limoncello factory on the way. Not much time in Pompeii but what we saw was really good. Our guide organised lunch from a local restaurant, just take away pizza but it was enjoyable. Postiano was a quaint little town and a nice stroll. Again not much time here but it was still great to see. Would definitely recommend.
