Tolles Erlebnis
Der erste Teil der Tour war mit James einem super unterhaltsamen Tourguide der uns Monets Garten und sein Haus toll erklärt hat. In Versailles hat uns dann Helin übernommen und uns super informativ durch das Schloss geführt. Am Ende hatten wir noch entspannt Zeit den Schlossgarten zu besichtigen. Es ist unbedingt noch die tolle Busfahrerin zu erwähnen, die uns so routiniert und sicher chauffiert hat.

Great trip with Alessandra. Five stars. Don’t buy the overpriced earrings 1 star which turn out to be made in Italy.
Alessandro our guide gets 5 stars. The over-priced earrings which turn out not to be made at Murano I give 1 star. Alexa did warn us that Made in Italy didn’t mean made in Murano even though it says Murano glass but I didn’t think this applied to the Murano factory shop. Gutted

We had the best driver in...
We had the best driver in the country and Parnia was completely incredible. Gave them a five but if I could rate Willy I'd give him a 1 out of 5. Man seriously needs to work on his jokes. Some might find him funny because he was rude to others. I definitely don't believe he was.

Elly was a wonderful guide, full of information, insight, and good humor. Visiting Murano and Burano is a good break from the busy crowds of Venice. Boat ride, and the driver, were great.

Lana was a great guide. The tour was nice, however the description is misleading, this is NOT a wine tour and there is no wine or lunch provided as part of it. Worth seeing!

Walking tour with fast pass to see David
I'm in Florence with my Dad and neither of us are history buffs, but really enjoy listening to someone tell us about what we are seeing. Stephanie, our tour guide, was knowledgeable, entertaining, engaging and friendly. Just what we needed to grasp a little bit of the history we are soaking in. This is not a tour for someone with mobility concerns but the pace was set to suit a meander through some of the great sites and great sights! Thank you Stephanie for adding so much to our trip.

A wonderful day in Normandy!
We had John as our tour guide. The vast amount of knowledge he provided was so impressive. We enjoyed every second of the tour. We learned all about the great wars to french history. As someone who appreciates history this was top notch! Was a fantastic day visiting historic places to D day, a delicious lunch with apple cider, to the comfort of the bus! Highly reccomend! As Canadians visiting for the first time it was amazing!

John is amazing
Jhon was an excellent tour guide. He was like a walking history book. We learned more in one day on this tour with him then all of our years of school. The beach is very cold, so bring gloves and a hat. Lunch was OK. The best part of the day wasthe American cemetery and learning from Jhon.

That it is worth the...
That it is worth the money and very informative. The small groups (12 of us) means you get more attention from the guide. Toni our guide was amazing! I have a bad leg so I go slower she made sure to point out benches to sit on when available. On the way out she found an elevator for us to go down to the exit. We were to meet her on the main floor and she would show us the way out. Unfortunately we missed her. Toni we waited so sorry we missed you. If you send us a address I would like to send you a Thank you note.

Una Guida con Conoscenza e Carisma! (A Guide with Knowledge and Charisma!)
I visited Rome alone for one week for an Italian language immersion program. For many reasons I chose this tour. I was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience! Our guide, Scott Spinucci, was knowledgeable and thoughtful and fun! He regularly checked in with each of the people in the group to make sure we were comfortable, safe and enjoying the tour. There was a woman with knee issues, a young pregnant woman and two young boys. He had so many fascinating, fun and little-known facts about Ancient Rome to share. Scott is an American with dual Roman/Italian citizenship. His love, passion, and pride for his city is obvious. A wonderful Tour worth every penny!

The guides Thelma ans Ash...
The guides Thelma ans Ash (sp?) Were ok. Ash seemed to be reading off a a script. Thelma on the other hand knew tour info and made it very interesting. At the end Ash recommended we not respond to Viator review but instead went to every person and insisted they scan a code from his phone and write a review on his sight only. He said that way he could read it too.

Loire Valley Chateaux trip
Really enjoyed our trip to Chambord and Chenonceau chateaux! Guides Jasmina and Deepal were knowledgeable and fun. Coach bus was super comfortable. Recommend!
