Amazing experience with our tour guide Eliza! She gave us a detailed description of what we were seeing off shore on our way to Murano and Burano. The spots we got to visit were beautiful! We wish we had had a bit more time to visit Murano, but we were given an opportunity to stay longer in Burano!

A good experience. Until it wasn't.

We were part of the Wednesday, March 19, 2025, 9:45 AM tour. I am sooooo thankful we had a guide. UNTIL WE DIDN'T! After seeing us to the Mona Lisa, our guide left a very crowded space and lost us. Literally, we had no idea where we were. Of course, we found our way out, but it was very frustrating. I don't know how she didn't know we were missing since we had been near the front the entire time. Oh, well. I'd still choose going on a tour through the Louvre versus trying to navigate it on my own. The Louvre itself is massive and isn't conducive to those other museums where you actually get a moment to sit and just ponder the amazing artwork.

Absolutely an amazing tour! Hands down, Oksana, our tour guide, was exceptional – truly one of the best I've ever encountered in my global travels. Her in-depth knowledge, stemming from her Arts History degree, was evident in every detail she shared. You could genuinely feel her passion and excitement for the subject, which made the entire experience so much more enriching. I learned a tremendous amount, not just about the historical significance but also some delightful and memorable fun facts. Beyond her expertise, Oksana had a wonderful sense of humor and a natural ability to keep the entire group thoroughly engaged from start to finish. I wholeheartedly recommend this tour and Oksana!

It was ok.

I’m not a tour person but decided to give it a go for Pompeii. Just know you will be on a bus for 9 of the 13 hours. One and a half hours in Pompeii and one and a half hours in Positano, if you’re ok with that by all means take the tour but if you really want to experience these locations I would not recommend it.

After doing many differt tours in my two weeks of Italy I have to say Cosmo was the best tour guide I had by far! Funny, friendly, educational and a overall joy would recommend this tour to anyone! And request Cosmo!

Palace very crowded. and...

Palace very crowded. and this was a slow day. Gardens great on good day. Enjoyed renting the golf cart to explore the gardens.
