Thelma and May provided excellent commentary that was both insightful and informative while taking good care of us/customers throughout a long and interesting day. I learned a great deal and was able to gain insight into my great uncle and his experience at Utah Beach.

Must see the Sistine Chapel and the Vatican
Magnificent artwork that takes you back into history. Be sure to rent the audio tape to hear the history. This activity took half a day to really see the paintings. Don’t forget to see the Sistine Chapel. Please check out my pictures.

Very enjoyable experience...
Very enjoyable experience and well informed throughout the day. Great job getting us to the coast. Would have liked more time in positano and would have preferred to walk around Pompeii without the guide to see more of it

Memorable visit to the Normandy beaches
The trip to Normandy D-Day beaches was very well planned and organized by City wonders. Departure and arrival was on time in coach buses. Our two guides, Raymond and Maya were full of WW2 stories and kept us informed about history that happened in the Normandy beaches. All their communication on the tour was great. I had been to other tours where the communication and planning was haphazard and it kind of spoils the show. I will give 5 stars to the guides and Citywonders for this wonderful trip. My kids 13 and 15 were happy as well to visit the historical sites. Since this is a 3-4 hour drive each way, a stop is taken on the way for Tea/Coffee each way which is very thoughtful. Enough time is given at each of the sites and the lunch place was also good with quick service.

Positano/Pompeii tour
As others have stated, you do spend more time on the bus than at the actual locations. We spent ~1.5 hours in Positano and ~1.25 hours at Pompeii. There were some traffic issues, which I know is beyond their control, which influenced time spent at locations. Total day was 13 hours. It is a good way to experience a quick trip to these locations and see if you’d like to revisit in the future. Our guide at Pompeii was very knowledgeable and was able to take us through about 1/4 of the site. Our chaperone for the day, Angela, provided a lot of history and background during the bus rides.

Good experience of the Positano town, and Amalfi coast.
It was good, long hours little bit out of schedule while coming back, Positano town hours were short, should be at least 2 hours to look around, and fully enjoy the area, not much guidance for that town like no directions where to go, but it’s pretty self explorable. The tour guide, Alberto was nice, explaining about tour. Lunch was just a set up from one restaurant, not right, it should be like given 30 min for lunch to get from any where. Also at the end received little gifts of lemon soap from tour company, that was good.

Rain did not stop play!
An excellent trip that gives a wonderful Tuscan experience of food, wine and culture. Even though our trip was hampered by the seriously inclement weather the features - lunch and sites - were still appreciated. Our tour guide and driver (Chiara and Adamo) and Luca in Montepulciano, really triumphed over the conditions to make our experience as good as it could be and memorable.

Normandy Beach Tour

Great Morning of Cultural Education
We had the pleasure of Sid taking us through The Louvre. He was brilliant. Sid made it interesting and funny. His knowledge and communication skill are exceptional. We spent 3 hours with him and it felt like less than an hour. Sid kept us captivated the entire time, waiting to hear what gem of information he was going to share next. A great morning of cultural education. Well done, Sid.

Lovely break from the hustle of Paris
Beautiful trip. Half a day here was just the right amount of time. We were fortunate to go at a time when it was not too overun with tourists- 2nd week of opening. The house and gardens are charming although they themselves could offer more information. Our guide Hendricks was very good. We had downloaded the POP guide so were well served. He introduced the subject very well. A great visit.

Climb to summit tour
The tour was the only way to reserve tickets to the summit as those were all gone on the tower official site. It totally worth it: Katherina, our guide made sure we used the time we stayed in line to give us interesting information and alleviate our impatience. She was friendly and graciously guided us including towards the last ascent to the summit.

Great time on the Coast!
This was an amazing tour. Rob was super friendly and personable. He is a very nice person and super patient. Loved all the details and information he provided. The food suggestions were on spot. He made sure that everyone enjoyed themselves and was readily available to answer any questions. The driver was amazing through the narrow streets of Positano- thank you for bringing us back safely. Rob is the tour guide you want for your next tour.

Great Tour to Normandy
Very well presented. Very informative. Both tour guides, Raymond and Laurence, were passionate about the information they shared with the group and the full day experience. The guides are punctual in order to keep the tour running smoothly but without making you feel rushed. We booked the trip to Normandy and the tour hits all the major locations that you would hope to see on this trip. Would book another trip with them in the future.
