We had a funny and nice guide, John, along with a very nice driver, Julio. The trip was great, and overall just an amazing day. John was with us from start to finish, answering our questions and telling us great stories and facts on the bus. Other than him, we had a local guide in Pompeii, Diana, and she was one of the highlights of the trip! Would definitely recommend this to others!

Our tour guide was scattered and disorganized. No meeting time, or meeting points set between activities. She left people behind. The headset range is limited. So you must stay close by. Wouldn’t recommend. Would be better off grabbing a guide book and doing it solo.

First of all there is access to summit but guide took us only 2nd floor, really disappointed on that. Why sell tickets with options to summit which are expensive , but in real it was planned already to go second floor only, after have to bothering with refund process .

Det var lång väntan i kön men guiden gjorde sitt bästa för att komma med intressanta och relevanta frågor för att få tiden att gå snabbare. Guiden var mycket påläst.

This was an excellent trip and definitely worth the money. The tour guide was excellent and the towns we visited are so nice! The lunch at the farm was also delicious. I would highly recommend this trip.
