Nous avons eu la chance de faire une excursion à Murano et Burano absolument fabuleuse, que nous ne sommes pas près d’oublier. Tout était parfait, du rythme de la journée aux découvertes incroyables sur ces deux îles si différentes et si riches en histoire et en savoir-faire. Un immense merci à notre guide Elena, qui a été tout simplement extraordinaire. Passionnée, attentionnée, drôle et d’une grande culture, elle a su rendre cette journée aussi vivante qu’instructive. Grâce à elle, nous avons pu vraiment plonger dans l’âme de Murano et Burano. Une expérience inoubliable, riche en émotions et en émerveillement. Merci du fond du cœur !

Le programme (dégustation de Limenchelo 😋, déjeuner avec vue extraordinaire à Sorrente, Pompéi) était très bien, mais au vu de la distance assez rapides (nous nous y attendions). Le trajet en bus, bien que durant 6h00 A/R n'a pas paru long (une pause au bout de 1h30, un petit dodo par-ci, un film par-là, nous sommes finalement vite arrivés sans fatigue). Notre guide et notre chauffeur dont j'ai oublié les prénoms, désolée :( étaient au top ! Nous avons eu en plus un vrai temps d'été, ce qui était parfait ! Je recommande vraiment cette excursion très bien organisée.

Our guide Alberto was superb and extremely knowledgeable not only of the places we visited on the trip but of general knowledge of Italy. He was very humorous and friendly. Our driver Adamo was very skilled and patient and very friendly. Would highly recommend taking a tour with Alberto.

Jól szervezett, kitűnő idegenvezetővel, kiváló sofőrrel. Bár egész napos program, jól bírható volt, sok pihenővel. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat!

wir mussten 40 Minuten in der Eingangshalle warten, da es bei der Freigabe der Tickets Probleme gab. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Aber die Werbung nach dem Frühstück vor den Massen das Museum entspannt zu besichtigen entspricht keinesfalls den Tatsachen. Die Museen werden 8.00 Uhr geöffnet, Zur gleichen Zeit, wie das Frühstück beginnt und es ist von Anfang an proppenvoll. Eine entspannte Besichtigung war nicht möglich. Oft hörte man vom Sicherheitspersonal : avanti, avanti, nicht stehenbleiben. Besser eine Karte und vorab entspannt im Hotel frühstücken. Der Preis ist absolut nicht gerechtfertigt und wir fühlten uns abgezockt

Anais was a wonderful tour leader. She was polite, very knowledgeable, able to deal with a large crowd and adapted her plans to some gallery and entry closures. We weren’t rushed, saw many of the museum’s iconic pieces and she was able to give a good history and background to everything she took us to. A good tour for seeing many of the key exhibits. I definitely recommend.

Our group was scheduled for 10:50, but we had to wait until 11:40 before we could go through the security check. We booked an english speaking tour but our guide Natalia was hardly understandable. Moreover, she was just reciting all her knowledge without any structure, breaks or humour. Very often, less is more and we for sure were not the only tourists in our group who could not follow all the babbling. Also, the tour inside took so long that we did hardly have spare time to enjoy the immense gardens. Really a pity.

We loved the Tuscany countryside and visiting Siena and San Gimignano. We would have enjoyed more time in each of these towns.
