Tour guide was easy to find in Tour guide was easy to find in the crowds and everything went exactly as advertised. Skip the line is the way to go. Lots of steps and very narrow passageways, but great tour with amazing views.

Powerful moving experience
This tour completely exceeded expectations. Visiting Omaha and Utah Beach in person was powerful—standing where history happened gave me chills. The guides Ash and Sam were amazing: super knowledgeable, passionate, and really brought the stories to life with historical insights.

Colosseum was breathtaking. Take care in booking your tour choice.
We purchased tickets for a guided tour yet on the day the tour operator said we were the only two booked on and it was not a guided tour. We only visited the Colosseum which was amazing and totally worth the experience . However we feel that what we paid for was not what we received in reality.

Misrepresented - very stressful, no relaxing
Only take this trip if you enjoy being treated like you are being loaded onto a cattle car. "A day trip with a cruise from Rome to the Amalfi Coast and Positano." It was presented as though a coach bus would take you to the cruise ship. I assumed from a port near Rome, since it was "designed to eliminate the stress of driving or public transportation". Then "take a coastal cruise" down to and along the Amalfi Coast, with stops in Positano and Amalfi. Then to cruise back to the port near Rome, and the bus would take you back to Rome. Also there would be a free drink on the ship. REALITY! There was a 3-hour drive from Rome to Salerno. Instead of a "coastal cruise", It was a PUBLIC FERRY! VERY CROWDED! VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. PUSHING SHOVING! PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION THAT WE WERE SUPPOSEDLY AVOIDING. I will grant that they were not responsible for the crowds because of the Pope's funeral being that day and lots of tourists. However, if we were not on a public ferry and instead on a cruise, which was stated in the advertisement, that would not have been a problem. Obviously no drinks or refreshment of any kind we're available, because it was public transportation!!! This was one thing I was looking forward to the very most for my trip - A relaxing day with a Picturesque cruise and being able to enjoy the coastline and quaint towns. I was sorely disappointed!!!

Excellent Colosseum and Palatine Hill Tour
The guide was extremely good and brought the tour to life. Right amount of time at each stop. Views from Palatine Hill were amazing. Knowledge of the Colosseum was excellent. Very good.

As always expected the trip was worth it.. My expectations and experience during the trip was great… The guide and the driver ( forgot their names ☹️) were patiently waiting for the one and only passenger that was missing when we left lugano..

Louvre Tour with Omar
Omar the Guide was extremely knowledgeable and approachable. Attentive to the whole group, making sure everyone understood and had no more questions. He knew his way around the Louvre, history of buildings, and all the pieces.

Good luck finding the guide!
Meeting point instructions are rubbish! We arrived 25mins early and to the spot directed on maps. No City Wonders Guide.we walked around and checked again and again, which was also difficult with no internet amongst the buildings. It was just by luck that my husband walked up way further and the. around the corner of the building. Be prepared for no internet connection so you can’t contact the operator to try to find them! The directions need to be clearer and in an obvious place to find! The crowds are huge and this was stressful. Be aware, it is your responsibility to find the guide, they take zero responsibility if you can’t find them! In saying that, Sandra was a good guide, and provided lots of history and information. She is on a timeframe and at times she would rush through some areas. The timing was not great as we went to the Basilica second and this was cut short. We needed more time to be able to take it in. Also were told no time to look in the gift shop and could not access it again after the tour was done.

A recommended trip for a holiday
Seimh the tour guide was incredible, very informative and very personable. Montepulciano and Pienza are beautiful with excellent views of the surrounding valleys. The wine tasting at Pulciano farm provided an authentic Italian experience.

Masha Eiffel Tower
Masha Shestova is great! Very knowledge about the details and all you need to know about Eiffel Tower. Climbing the 669 steps can be challenging, but great sense of achievement!👍👍

it was very cool, we learned a lot of interesting things about the history of the evil tower and Paris. we took a lot of pictures. Our guide Masha tells the story very clearly and interestingly.

Firstly, the tour guide ( Anthony) and bus driver (luke) were exceptional and the review us not a critic on there service. The 3 stars were predominately for pompeii aspect, i found the tour quite rushed particulary at the end. The museum was just a fast walk through and would have wanted about 30 mins in it instead of the brief walk through we got. There was snow time to shop for souvenirs either. On the way from mount vesuvius we stopped at limosello shop and although this experience was very good I would rather have not stopped for the 20-30 mins we did so we could have that at the museum n gift store at the end. My suggestion for tour company is to set llimonsella stand up in the resteraunt that they go to as we were waiting quiet a while for the our food ( pizza n croquettes n a lemon desert) than we have plenty time to do lemonsilla experience and have extra 30 mins for the pompeii museum at the end. The ruins are all you see otherwise not any artifacts or plaster body's found (besides one). Or if tour company could just run a pompeii only tour and do 3 hrs instead of the 1.5hr ls of tour you get around pompeii n museum. But again the guide n driver were exceptionally and very knowledgeable.

Would give a five star if it was not the same ending
I had a sometime in Rome before my flight so I decided to take a tour. I think my tour guide is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic which was wonderful. I travelled all the way by train from Verona at 518am in the morning and had to buy another train ticket and barely made the tour. All wonderful and at the end in Sistine the tour guide told us we have 15 min inside and then gather on the left and told us not to leave until he found us. At the end of 15 min the tour guide was not at the left side that he told us to gather. Some member of the a big family group began to be impatient and left to way out. After 5 min we had to move with the flow. I tried to wait outside the chapel for another 5 min still no sign then I began to worry about my flight - had to get my luggage and go to airport. Decided to leave at the end bc I started to seriously worry whether I can make my train. So while I tried to respect the tour guide’s request for wait I still need to make my flight. I had to stand there waiting for extra ten min during such a busy day in Rome is not fun and feel less respected of my schedule and time, expecially from Sistine to the exit actually took 10-15 min. I had to miss my train to the airport and took a Uber instead..

The best tour and guide!
We traveled to Italy with friends and this was our favorite tour! Not only was the setting beautiful, but we had the most wonderful tour guide - Fiorella (Flo). She truly made the experience wonderful. She had so much knowledge, great energy and was passionate about the artwork and buildings. Flo had been a teacher and her English was perfect which really helped. We had another tour where the guide was very difficult to understand so we appreciated how clear she was. The buildings and artwork are unbelievable and I would highly recommend. The best experience in Rome!

Go with a Tour Guide
Go with a tour guide, we never would have been able to see anything or understand the process without our guide, Sophie. She was very knowledgeable. It's a VERY crowded place and you will feel packed in.
