Louvre tour with family, including 3 "tweens".
Wonderful Tour! Our guide, Frederick, was inviting, friendly and incredibly well versed in all aspects of the magic of the Louvre! We were a group of family and children and we all had a wonderful experience.

Ancient city adventure
Cosimo was an excellent tour guide. He was knowledgeable, but also fun and friendly. Very considerate of bathroom needs and making sure all group members were with him.

Go to Giverny ONLY very early in a day!!!!!
Giverny is FAR too crowded in the afternoon. It was impossible to truly enjoy the splendor of the garden in a large ever moving, noisy, and pushing crowd. The house was even worse - too crowded and impossible to stop to look at anything. The gift shop was a madhouse! Our tour guide didn’t provide enough directions at times - after fearfully warning us our return bus would leave at a hard, specific time, and that we’d be left behind if we did not make it back on time, she was nowhere to be seen on the pathway back to the bus to help us go the right direction. So, we BARELY made it back onto bus on time! Giverny is BEAUTIFUL! One must go only if there’s time to truly enjoy it!

Mont Saint Michel
The tour guides were knowledgeable and very friendly. The site itself is wondrous to behold. My only critique is that as we were making our way up to the abbey, the guides weren’t as efficient at keeping the group together.

A walk to The Edge
I really liked the walk through of Little Island, some of Meat Packing, Chelsea Shops, the High Line, Hudson Yards and then getting to go up to the top of the Edge. It was great. I really appreciated the history from our guide, Ron.

Florianna amazing tour guide
Our tour happened Friday before Pope Francis was exposed. Unfortunately, even though we pay to visit the Vatican and Place St-Pierre, we only had access to Sistine Chapel. We were not told that the tour was changed and would have appreciated it. 400$ to visit Sistine chapel is a lot of money. So we were disappointed by the lack of communication. On the other hand our guide Florianna (Flo) was amazing. History teacher, she was very knowledgeable, funny, made her way through the crowd for our small group of 10 and made our visit worthwhile. I would definitely recommend her.

Save your money
Antonio was a good tour guide bringing us to the cities! No complaints there. However, it was a lot of just exploring on your own. I feel like I could have just taken the train to these cities and had the same experience for half the price. Antonio had some great jokes and good information on the bus. My complaint is for the company not the guides! I just hope they pay him well.

Normandy with Ash & Maja
Mana and Ash were incredible! They brought so much history to life with interesting stories! We learned so much. Their respect for the sacrifices of D-Day and “the boys “ were impressive. And they took great care of each of us—true professionals and very kind.

Poor bus service
All was well with this tour until the return trip to Paris. There was no tour representative on the bus with us. (City Walk). The bus was very hot and the driver refused to turn on the air conditioning. It was extremely uncomfortable on a hot day. The driver pulled over and with no explanation and no information as to where we were located made all passengers exit the bus. We were not close to where we boarded the bus in the morning. This situation was terrible for the passengers who do not speak French. I have used Viatour a number of times and this is the worst experience I have encountered. The guide we had in the palace did a very good job, very informative, it was the end of the day that was terrible.

Giverny Monet’s Garden & House Tour from Paris
Our tour guide was Daniel and he was so funny, entertaining, sociable, and kind. Such a fun guy. He gave us a decently detailed history and story of Monet’s life and his experiences on the way there and then led us through some of it with recommendations for sites and then let us explore on our own to meet back at the bus at a given time and then on the bus ride back to Paris we gave everyone honest recommendations for things to do around Paris and things to not do. Daniel really made the experience good for everyone on the tour.

Monet’s house and garden
Daniel was a very good guide with informative facts. Monet’s house and garden were very pretty and worth a visit from Paris for a half day. We took the afternoon tour - it was busy with people but I suspect it’s busy there all day

Monet Tour
if you do the half day tour it’s not enough time to see .. You arrive at Giverny and you only have 3 hours till you have to get back to the bus.. Touring the gardens then standing on line to walk through his house and going to the gift shop take quite a lot of time as there is a lot of people and the house lines are long .Therefore we weren’t able to see the church and anything else along there.

Not enough tickets
Giverny was excellent! 5 stars here. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for Versailles. Our group got divided into 2. 1st group went in, and those of us in the 2nd group had to wait about an hour or more before we could get in. So much for the "skip the line" tickets. Apparently, the guide was not given the correct amount of tickets to allow us all in!!! We waited, and waited, and waited. We wasted over an hour standing outside the entrance. Needless to say, very frustrating experience. And once we did get inside, the guard realized, she did not have the headsets. Ridiculous. Once we got going she did a great job explaining everything. She was very knowledgeable! Nonetheless, I feel we should receive some reimbursement for hour + time we lost waiting. Prese consider. Thank you Nicole Padovan

Learned Lived and Loved it
Our guide taught us so much in the couple hours we spent there. I was able to gain a ‘vision’ of the story and artists intention that I’d never had before. It made seeing the other pieces of art on my own so much better

Excellent fun, informative visit to Normandy Beaches
Our tour to Normandy Beaches with City Wonders was very informative, moving and fun! Maya and Ash were excellent tour guides. They were knowledgeable, enthusiastic, fun, and kept the group moving at just the right pace. The day exceeded our expectations!

Chateau experience
Amazing trip visiting chateaus in the countryside. Beautiful to be sure. Wish we had longer but the day was long. Fantastic architecture and settings.

We learned so much through our tour guides, Maja and Ash. They had details and tid bits that I would have never learned had it not been for their broad knowledge of Normandy and history in general!! Great trip!!

daniel was super sweet! very knowledgeable, polite, funny, and well dressed. my mother and i felt very taken care of, he did a phenomenal job explaining where to go and how to spend our time. would definitely recommend !!

This was a bucket list item for us. The gardens and house are beautiful and understated after Versailles but a picture of an artist and his work and family life.

Einfach spitze.
Unser Guide Hendricks war richtig super. Man hat viel Hintergrundwissen über den Eiffelturm erhalten. Es kam einen nicht wie 2 Stunden vor, da er es sehr kurzweilig und interessant gemacht hat. 5 Sterne dafür.
