Carole is the best!!
Carole was so great! She had great energy and walked at a great pace throughout the cemetary tour!! She also told amazing stories that gave a very thorough history of the area.

Excellent experience!
Our guide (Paula) was excellent! she was well educated about Museum and made the experience wonderful. Very easy meet up location. The gallery is truly stunning and definitely worth visiting while in Rome, but highly recommend.

Ci ha immersi nella storia degli scavi con tanta semplicità e passione che le 4 ore abbondanti passate in sua compagnia sono volate. Si vede proprio che questo lavoro lo fà con tanta passione. Site in history were fantastic. The tour guide we had needs improvement.
Tour started out ok. Our guide didn’t have a radio due to logistic issues. He was also training a new guide and did spend some of our time socially visiting with her instead of dedicating to the tour group. We didn’t mind his instructions to the new guide. When it came to visiting Sainte-Chapelle, we are very disappointed. We are traveling with a service dog and had made free to buy a tour if the service dog would be OK on the tour. We were assured by Viator that it would be fine. When we got to the chapel, the first security guard, let us through, but the security guard at the metal detector would not allow any dogs, including service dogs, to pass. My partner, and her service dog, had to skip the chapel and meet me at the exit while I went in and took pictures. To make it worse, at this point, our guide had disappeared because that was the last stop on the tour. Language barrier with the second security guard caused additional frustration. We could’ve just left the dog at the hotel. 3 Stars is generous. The the sites we saw were impressive. The tour guide needs improvement.

Frankie was an excellent tour guide. She has an immense amount of knowledge not just about murano and Burano but of Venice and its history. Murano glassblowing is a must see experience.

No hace falta contratar nada para vivir la experiencia
La experiencia la puedes hacer sin necesidad de contratar nada, tienes que hacer la cola como todos para entrar, subir por las escaleras como el resto de la gente y una vez que llegas al 2 piso, subir hasta la cima por tu cuenta, haciendo la cola como el resto de la gente y ya sin nadie. No hace falta contratar esto, haces lo que hace el resto de la gente.

If you can get the guide we had you will love this tour. I believe her name was Marika. She was very knowledgeable. She kept our group on task flawlessly. The walk was flat and very easy. I felt like this tour gave a quick overview of Milan in a perfect amount of time.

Catacombs & crypts tour
Caterina was a great guide! The catacombs experience was really interesting. We learned so much history. The bus ride there was good too — gave a great view of the city. The church we visited, St Peter in chains, was a good option for the trip. Finally, the capuchin museum and crypts left us speechless. Seeing the Caravaggio painting of St Francis was powerful and the crypts were so creepy! Great tour, great guides, highly recommend.

Lavinia was a fantastic host and wealth of knowledge which made for a great day out. Shared blend of culture, food and history with guides and excellent organisation and transportation was appreciated by everyone, highly recommended.

The trip is not 6 hrs. You get 3/3.5, 4 at best at Palace. Your English guide may be a heavily accented person so hearing and understanding is a challenge. Each room is crammed and you cannot get close or see most things. We had an awful day and Viator offered only 10%refund despite claiming they were committed to putting their mistakes right.

This was a great tour- our guide was fun and positive and had a ton of interesting knowledge and facts, and helped us see the most interesting stuff in the Vatican museum (which would have been a bit overwhelming alone). St. Peter's was closed due to Easter, so our guide showed us an extra exhibit in the museum that was very interesting.
