Me gustó el jardín de la casa de Monet, pero el guía no hablaba español y nos dieron un QR para escuchar un audio que no funcionaba bien y no funcionó en mi teléfono móvil. Los comentarios sobre la casa y los jardines (que mi amiga sí pudo escuchar en su móvil eran muy sencillos y breves). El viaje en bus duró en total 3 horas y la visita 2 horas: algo absurdo! Costó 100 euros! UN DESASTRE

What we liked most about this day trip was attaining an understanding of the champagne making process from picking the grapes to bottling the champagne. We also liked that we got to see the operations of a major cooperative that distributes champagne all over the world as well as a smaller family-run business, providing some perspective across the different scales of manufacture. On the other hand, there were some things we believe could be improved. Firstly, the lunch is exceptionally light and could not sustain most for circa 10 hours whilst drinking. We recommend either the portions increase, an additional stop is added to get more food, or the portion sizes are better communicated to allow attendees to better prepare for the day. Secondly, more engagement from the tour guide during the walk down Champagne Avenue may have provided some value add to the experience. Lastly, the bus home was horrendously hot making for a very uncomfortable approx. 1.5 hour trip back to Paris.

Felt more like transportation to the islands rather than a tour on the islands. The guide was great but I wish there was more explanation of the history and culture.

We were very disappointed that our visit to Murano was one very brief stop at one glass factory. We saw one short demonstration and the remainder of time there was for shopping. We learned very little about the process of glass making. Burano was more a stop for lunch than anything else.

Dans l'ensemble c'est bien sauf le confort dans le bus pour les personnes de 5'-10" et plus, le confort était absent 6 heures total de route sans espace pour les jambes et sans appuie tête, pour les yeux c'était magique
