The host who met us was terrific. Our guide, Daniel, was great. He explained a lot of history as it connected to the impressionists as well as the life of Monet. He guided us through the "VIP" entrance (skip the line) and walked us to the house. While on the bus he provided the QR code for the audio guide that we used in the house and throughout the grounds. There was enough time to see the house, tour the gardens, including the lily pond, and do some shopping in the gift shop. I took a quick walk to the other end of Giverny to the church and grave site and still had time to have an ice cream cone before the ride back to Paris. Excellent tour, guide, value.

Only having one ear plug sometimes made it difficult to hear. Pers upgrade to two ear plugs?

I came 5 min before the time for meeting at the meeting point. I could not find the so called flag with sign of “ Florence guided tour etc!” . I call the tel# provided , but the other side hang up on me ! I sent the message and was told the communication is only via email within 24 hour! I came all the way to the tour and missed it ! I am not sure the tour guide shower up or not! I searched and searched for 20 min . Why can not you even tell us what the color of the flag even? I am asking my money back even though my time is more precious .

Carol our guide was fantastic. She was very friendly and welcoming, as well as knowledgeable. This was a great tour and was definitely worth doing as we would never have found the graves by ourselves. Thank you Carol!

Den ersten Teil der Tour haben wir uns etwas anders vorgestellt, man hätte die Krypta auch alleine besuchen können, da man zu Beginn der Tour ein Audio Set erhält und alleine durch das Museum/bzw. Krypta läuft. Danach mussten wir etwas länger auf den Bus warten, so dass die Tour später als geplant endete. Mit Verspätungen aufgrund des Verkehrs sollte man immer rechnen. Der zweite Teil der Tour (Besuch der Katakomben) war sehr interessant. Der Guide hat die Führung sehr anschaulich und verständlich gestaltet - Toll!

Der Anbieter ist unseriös und kein offizieller Partner vom Eiffelturm. Sie besitzen selbst keine Tickets. Das bedeutet man stellt sich in der Gruppe an, bekommt Tickets zu überteuerten Preis und hat trotz Buchung Gipfeloption gleich viel Chancen darauf als würde man selbst anstehen. Nie wieder!!! Finger weg!

Lots of queuing despite buying a ticket online before arriving in Paris. Thought the ticket might get you some form of shorter queue but we queued 90 minutes and then the steps only took half hour or so
