Francesca Gin was our tour guide and absolutely incredible!!! The entire boat ride she provided a running commentary on the history of Venice and the significance of the various islands/buildings within the Lagoons. I could have listened to her for hours! The glass factory on Murano was so interesting and our host was very engaging. A tour of the shop with the wonderful displays was all I took advantage of on this stop. On on Burano, watching the lace worker was an experience I was glad to take part in. The story behind the labor intensive lace was eye opening. There was plenty of time to enjoy Burano and I took advantage of shopping and having a bit of gelato. Highly recommend this tour.

Only got 1 hour of touring, not 1.5hrs
Of the 1.5hrs tour, we spent 35 mins in line to enter. We were rushed through and no guidance on other elements to consider post-tour. For $75, it felt… way overpriced.

Great tour of Normandy
Great tour by John and Sam. Full day from Paris but got to see both Omaha and Utah beaches. John & Sam were very knowledgeable and great guides. Long day but definitely worth it! Lunch was delicious too!

Good trip no thanks to Viator
The trip itself was really good and I would recommend it to anyone. However Viator has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered so would look to book somewhere else if at all possible

Beautiful, fragrant, relaxing. Mathilde, our tour guide, gave us information on the bus and took us to the garden, but then left us to explore on our own. It was perfect.

Great Trip of history
Our guides Sam And Maja were Amazing. They started with the history of Europe leading up to the world and set a foundation for the trip we were on. Their factual knowledge of the site and details were extremely helpful and informative.

Rita is awesome!
Rita is awesome. I was stuck on the water boat transportation and was 15 minutes late for my tour. However, when I got there, i was able to locate my tour guide. She waited 15 minutes for me and thought I wasn’t able to attend so she proceeded to start the tour. If she started the tour on time and didn’t wait, I would have missed it. Rita was very knowledgeable. She took her time in explaining the history and pointed out the main items that she wanted us to look at. Overall she’s great!

Wonderful tour with perfect highlights
The trip was excellent. We booked at last minute the night before. We only had one day available in Milan and found this tour the evening prior to the tour. Perfect worry-free day tour. Excellent tour guide, driver and schedule. We really enjoyed the time on your own at Bellagio and Lugano. The day was cloudy with some light rain, but the trip was totally worthwhile. Way better than trying to do it on your own. Strongly recommend it. If you’re short on time, this takes care of all the logistics of getting to Lake Como, Bellagio, and even visiting Switzerland and a short lake boat ride. Totally worth it. We got back to Milan in the evening and grabbed a nice dinner in a local restaurant by the Duomo, before returning to our hotel.

A good trip
Modern, air-conditioned coach, knowledgeable tour guide. The itinerary isn't quite correct as we had around 90 minutes in Pompeii, and no stop at the stated Costiera Amalfitana (maybe this is just a description of the area/coastal road we travelled along as opposed to an actual stop). It was still an enjoyable trip, with some amazing views.
