Product: Mona Lisa & Louvre Masterpieces Tour with Reserved Access

This tour took you to the Duomo for a guided walk, Dome access, then tickets to see the the baptistry, Bell Tower and Museum. Our priority-access group were already in the main doors as an ENORMOUS queue formed along the cathedral walls outside, and then we took advantage of every access ticket. It was much more interesting than I'd anticipated! Views over Florence are great, though it's pretty much the same from the Dome or the Bell Tower (but worth the bragging rights to so both!) Seeing the Dome paintings at arms length is incredible, and hearing about the engineering and the artwork from the guide. We did it all in a big day, but the 72 hour pass is a great option if you'd like to do it more slowly (remember you can only visit each area once on your pass).

Adorei o passeio em visita as ilhas, adorei a guia Silvia que foi muito fofa e agradável conosco, explicou extremamente bem a história local. As lojinhas de Murano não consegui ver muito pelo tempo apertado, porém gostamos demais de Burano e gostaríamos de ter ficado um pouco mais de tempo lá. Esse foi o único ponto negativo, o manejo do tempo, porém farei novamente o passeio para essas ilhas para ficar mais tempo e termos mais tempo de exploração local. Em suma adoramos.

Great disappointment from the srart

Our guide , Rob, met us at the designated spot and for half an hour gave us limited information about the tour, and generally only spoke to the people near him at the front whilst others were catching up. He took up to the entrance where we were told to walk through and wait for a yeoman warden. No one came for at least 7 minutes and at this stage nearly two thirds of the group went looking for where they would be. Eventually the warden turned up and proceeded to give us directions on how to find things after the talk. There was very little value for money in this tour which is disappointing.

My group got confused where to meet so we were a little late for the 7am departure. Elisabetta (one of the guides) was throwing up her hands and acting like the world was ending because of it. She continued to make negative comments in front of everyone about our late arrival for several minutes after we got on the bus and would not smile or say anything to us for the remainder of the day. It was extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. I know that being late is 100% my own fault, but our bus only had to wait 6 extra minutes for us to leave (7:06am departure instead of 7am). 6 minutes does not warrant this reaction in my opinion. Unfortunately, having her act that way negatively affected the rest of our tour. I was told by one of the other staff checking people in that "Elisabetta always acts that way". I'm not sure why that behavior hasn't been addressed already, we paid a lot of money for the day trip and her attitude is not acceptable.

Our guides ( Alexandro and Klaus) were excellent ! We really appreciated the frequent stops to have the history of the places explained and to catch our breath 😊. It would have been nice to have a little more time to explore the shops but it was a full day as it was.

También queremos destacar al conductor Julio por su conducción segura y amable durante todo el recorrido. Y un agradecimiento especial a Valeria, experta en Pompeya, quien hizo el recorrido arqueológico muy interesante, dinámico y entretenido con todas sus explicaciones. Tour was very nice and full of information about the Lagoons. Slyvia was amazing and she is an absolute star, had her smile all day even though it was 12 hours long. was providing commentry about the location, speciality and recommendations for food and local delicacies. We absolutely loved it and will recommend it 100%
