Une belle visite mais un peu cher pas assez de temps à Burano

PHENOMENAL! Can’t brag enough about how amazing it was! Our guide was amazing! She was funny and very well informative about everything! The ride was beautiful! We will definitely be doing more tours with this company!!!

el transporte ha sido bueno y la guía súper maja. todo lo demas ha dejado mucho que desear. primero fuimos a sorrento y que hagan una parada expresamente en la fabrica de limonchelo para comprar de su tienda me ha parecido súper mal. luego una vez en pompeya que no se haya visto ni una cuarta parte de todo el sitio, que solo se haya dedicado una hora a verlo solo porque se ha perdido el tiempo en los demas sitios. y como no, nos quitaron media hora de visita para que la gente comiera una pizza de un restaurante con el que supongo tendrían convenio. son muchas horas de bus pero las horas que teníamos de visita a los lugares se podía haber aprovechado más.

Our tour with Anna as our guide was excellent. She was very informative and entertaining. It was a very enjoyable day.

Yanlış çıkışta durduğumuz için bizi beklemediler ve tekrar bilet alıp ayrı girmek zorunda kaldık. İstanbuldan geliyoruz 3 günlüktü seyahat ve bilet bulamayabilirdik hiç esneklik tanımadılar ben nereden bileyim başka çıkışları attıkları mesajları da görmedim internet sebebiyle ama park güzeldi

Tuvimos un paseo grandioso, Brianda es súper amigable, amable, alegre y muy educada; nos dio muchos datos interesantes e hizo el paseo muy ameno. El chofer se sacó un diez con su habilidad para manejar todas esas curvas en Sorrento. En general, valió mucho la pena y nos encantó, habría sido muy difícil ir a Sorrento y Pompeya por nuestra cuenta en un día y si a eso le agregamos las degustaciones y la amena compañía pues puedo decir que lo recomiendo 100%.

Hyggelig og snakkesalig guide med humor og omtanke for gjestene, proff sjåfør og ok guide i Pompei. Omvisningen kunne gjerne kommet litt før i programmet. Sorrento var fint, men ble som en pause før hovedattraksjonen. Absolutt verdt pengene alt i alt.

Great sights, but rushed schedule and poor communication & customer service. I debated my rating because the trip is worth it if you want a fast-paced visit to Sorrento and Positano which I was fine with. However, while the itinerary promised 2 hours of free time in each town, we were only given 1 hour and 25 minutes. This felt incredibly rushed, especially when trying to fit in a meal eventually. The only plus side is that they gave us the option to go with one of the tour guides if we were ready to eat and we were able to get seated immediately. Logistics and customer service need major improvement. After an unforeseen issue made me 12 min late in the Sorrento meet up spot, I was left behind with no way to contact the guide. Customer service was hard to understand and could not tell me how to rejoin the group. I had to pay €160 for a taxi to Positano. It’s worth it if you are trying to fit it in tightly, just be aware of the misleading description and the nonexistent protocol.
