Do not book
Would not recommend! Our tour guide being kind and funny is the only okay thing about this tour. We went on a Wednesday not knowing that we wouldn’t be able to tour the basilica - mind you when we were told that before even entering the museum many of the tour people were not happy.. that’s the whole reason we booked the tour.. but we were supposed to know that something happens every Wednesday morning at the basilica not allowing it to re open until 1330… when asked about a refund the tour guide said he didn’t see why not, when asking the company they told me that it was a known thing and advertised that we wouldn’t be able to see it (you don’t get your tickets that state that until it’s too late to cancel for a refund)… and I am not the only one in the group that was surprised or upset about this. The companies resolution was to extend the museum tour, 3 hours that is 3.5+ by the time you can even exit the museum is waaaaaay too long to even make kind of enjoyable. I was there to see the basilica and that’s why I paid the hefty $300 price, maybe they should stop doing tours with the name including the tour of the basilica on Wednesdays because it’s not true. Then everyone wouldn’t get upset and confused. And instead of even offering a little something back for inconvenience it was supposed to be known because it was stated on a voucher I received less than the 8 days out for cancellation. Worst $300 I’ve ever spent, and so disappointed in this company. Unprofessional and do not care about the customers

Excellent Trip
Good organization 👍 Fantastic experience 🌹 The whole journey was beautiful. Highly recommended. Mara is a smart and gentle lady. Her English is very good, and she is patient and very friendly. I was stuck in the restaurant, and when I came out to the boat, I was three minutes late. I was so anxious and nervous because I thought I wouldn’t be able to catch the boat. But Mara managed to help the three of us get on board. I really appreciated her help and service. It was an unforgettable day. I would love to join another trip with her in the future.

Impressive Castles
We had a very nice time on this day trip! Our guide gave us a lot of helpful information about what we were seeing and other tips about France. We were very thankful for the sunshine in the afternoon! Both castles were impressive, but our favorite was the 2nd one which felt more homey. We would highly recommend this tour to others.

Valerio for Pope
If you are paired with Valerio, you are in for a treat. I've been on a lot of tours myself, ive never laughed, enjoyed myself and had every question answered as much as I did with Valerio. His ability to paint a real picture about the Colosseum was unreal. Felt like i was there.

Memorable and humbling
This was a memorable and humbling tour. The guide Maja was superb and well versed in all the locations we were shown. A must do for any person travelling to Paris.

Amazing guide, wonderful sights and an informative experience! Our guide Rob was incredibly knowledgeable, hospitable, and approachable for anything! He was clear in communication and we learnt way more than we expected from this trip!

Tremendous experience. Our guide Silvia had a wealth of knowledge about the Colosseum. There were spectacular views inside and out. Our tour was semi-private with only 7 in the group. Highly recommended!

Loire Valley castles
Dee was awesome, very knowledgeable. The castles were very good and not overly crowded. The length of the trip was good. Overall a very good experience.

Great day in Pompeii and Positano
After booking this tour, I was led to believe that we would also be going to Amalfi. After doing the tour, I realize that would have been impossible. The tour in Pompeii was outstanding. Vincenzo shared so many interesting facts and tidbits. Positano was absolutely beautiful. The part that made no sense was stopping at the limoncello factory. It felt like a tourist trap. I would’ve much rather spent that time in Positano. Marisa was great and kept everything moving along.

Great tour with a fantastic guide
Vallero is an experienced archeologist who has recently started freelancing for the tour provider and his wealth of knowledge was apparent as he took the group around the colosseum. His easy going manner and witty anecdotes made for a relaxed atmosphere with all of us having a fantastic tour. We enjoyed the trip thoroughly and would recommend him for sure.
