Relaxing and beautiful garden
Really beautiful garden and a good amount of time to explore Giverny! Our tour guide Michelle is very informative and also has a very relaxing voice.

Loved it!
We had such a great day visiting Pompeii & Sorrento. Erika was extremely informative, friendly & funny. We learnt a lot! Highly recommend walking to the sea front in Sorrento, it was beautiful! We felt that the stop at the Limoncello factory could have been skipped to allow an extra 30 minutes at Pompeii. Tip for travellers: there’s a stop on the journey for toilets, food & drink so you don’t need to take loads with you. We would definitely book with City Wonders again!

Do it!
Our experience didn’t start out great. The meeting point was a little chaotic and the man handing out headsets and headphones was really rude to the people in our group and was even more disrespectful to our amazing tour guide, Ana. The only other mishap was our first stop— but it wasn’t really the tour guides fault, it was the tourists who didn’t listen to instruction. Took half hour to get everyone sync’d when we already got sync’d at our meeting point. Aside from that, the experience was delightful. We saw a lot of the beautiful Tuscan side and ventured through some new towns we hadn’t seen or heard of before. The two highlights of the trip were the lunch at the winery (lovely and welcoming family, delicious lunch and beautiful history/location.) The second would be Ana, our guide. She was so friendly and informative. She made the experience feel personal. She has way more knowledgeable than any other tour I’ve ever been on in Rome / surrounding areas.

First time
For a first time visit. I think it is good because you don’t have to worry about the tickets and the procedures don’t how to get in. It went fast. But after you have done if you repeat I don’t think you need to pay for a tour.

Guides Mia and Ash get 5 stars but overall there were issues…
When we met up with the touring company (City Wonders), the guide didn’t show up. The coordinator announced that the tour would have to be canceled but most everyone still wanted to go, so another guide agreed to lead us (one bus load) and her own bus load. Since a good bit of the information about the history leading up to the Normandy invasions is given during the drive, our new guide attempted to speak over the phone while someone on our bus held a microphone up to it. It was a good idea but we kept losing the connection. Eventually they used What’s App to make the connection and that worked better. They found a guide for us mid day who took the train from Paris to get to us and the rest of the day went great. Hats off to both guides (Mia and Ash) who tried their best to make this a good trip in spite of the problems. They truly went the extra mile. Overall because of the original guide not showing up, we definitely missed out on some of the information. Still we had a good day. The reason I gave this trip 3 stars though is because the bus was in need of some TLC. The heat didn’t work for the first two hours and it was pretty cold. It also had a big crack in the windshield and the wipers weren’t working too well in the rain. There was also a stale smell on board. I think the company could do a little better with the overall condition of the bus.

Fabulous Day in Normandy!
The speed was perfect, the sites we went to were perfect, and the whole day was perfect. Our guide, Ash, was amazing. His knowledge was incredible! He had great humor too! The bus drivers were excellent too. When we stopped for lunch the team there was quick and efficient!

Our tour guide Nina was...
Our tour guide Nina was great. She explained the history of the Eiffel Tower which was very enlightening. She was very friendly, considerate and knowledgeable and at the summit showed all of our group the best landmarks of which to take photos. I would definitely recommend this tour to everyone.

Must Do If You Are In Paris
A must do if you are in Paris. Michelle was amazing. It was so nice to get out of the city and see another beautiful part of France. Pictures don’t do Giverny justice!

Great tour guide!
Daniel was great. Very energetic and full of knowledge. The food for lunch was disappointing however. The restaurant did not have enough seats for me to be seated with my husband and my three year old together. The food was also cold when served.

Vatican experience.
Amazing experience. Tour was at a good pace. Cozimo was fun, educational and went out of his way to accommodate everyone. After the tour there was time to explore on our own. Highly recommend.

One of the best tours you can do in Rome. People don’t realize what they’re missing!
This was one of the highlights of our trip to Rome & should never be left out for a true understanding of the history. Our guide was fabulous and getting out of the city was wonderful and relaxing. See where it all started!
