Guide inutile car inaudible dans le bateau (pb bruit de moteur, accent du guide, écouteurs qui grésillent). Les démonstrations à Murano et Burano sont gratuites : on peut largement se débrouiller par soi-même pour visiter ces deux sites …

I joined this tour expecting to visit and spend meaningful time in Amalfi and Positano listed in the itinerary. During the trip, I realized that there is no stop at Amalfi which was disappointing because it was the main reason I gave up one day in Rome and booked the tour. The guide and transportation were organized, but I think they should have communicated clearly if they decided to cancel/change the plan and gave me the option to stay with the tour or cancel it.

Buona organizzazione. La scelta di questa opIone con audioguida permette di gestire in autonomia la visita. La app dell’audioguida si scarica facilmente e anche i contenuti sono buoni, non molti ma con giuste e interessanti informazioni. Nonostante la lunga fila per entrare con questa opzione ho aspettato soltanto 15 minuti. Il biglietto non ha limiti di tempo nella giornata per cui una volta entrati si può rimanere e visitare fino all’orario di chiusura.

Our tour guide Hisam was great. He was very knowledgeable. He also made sure he answered any questions the group may have. He was also very accommodating to the elderly person in our group.
