We enjoyed our “semi-private” tour with Paula H. She was knowledgable and delightful! The tour is interesting and keeps moving. I put quotation marks around the semi-private part because once you enter the museum, you’re surrounded by hundreds of friends. So although your group is small, you really only get a few minutes in each section. And it’s crowded. Not really enough time to really enjoy what you are seeing. This is NOT Paula’s fault or anyone else’s really, just thought I would mention for people to make more of an informed decision if you’re looking to really look at the art.

This was a wonderful tour. The scenery was beautiful and the tour leader Sarah was very helpful and knowledgable about everything. I highly recommend. Do the check weather before going because it could be very cold as it was today

Wonder time and experience at Park Guell

We had a great time at Park Guell. Our guide, Julie, was a true professional. She told us many stories and shared a lot of facts, not just about Park Guell, but about Gaudi's life and Barcelona in general. I would highly recommend this tour. We don't do a lot of guided tours so this one was special. Also, even if you get a timed-entrance ticket to Park Guell, the line can indeed be quite long. The tour groups all get to enter without wait.

Excellent tour

Excellent guides, good at explaining and Q/As. Viviana is pleasant, organized. Ira is a good storyteller. Pizza lunch was very good, 3 course meal. Not well adapted for physically challenged. Some hills. One elderly partcipant fell in steps due to irregular steps and absence of side-ramp.

Great Normandy D-day tour guide!

Had a wonderful Normandy D-day tour with our tour guide, John! He’s very knowledgeable about the historical events of World War II and made learning about it very fascinating. Highly recommend him as a tour guide! The coach was new and very clean. The food was just okay. And I somehow missed how long of a drive it was there (approximately 4 hours) and back (approximately 4 hours). I wish I would have been more prepared for that, but I probably just missed it in the description. Very glad we did it though!

This is the tour to take!

Highly recommend this tour! Iman was a fantastic tour guide and was masterful at finding the best spots and taking pictures of anyone who wanted their picture taken. He is also a great storyteller and incredibly knowledgeable. With the amount of visitors, it was really nice to be able to have a guide to walk you through the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica.

And afternoon well spent

Claudia was a great tour guide! She was friendly, informative, very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. Although we didn’t see the whole of the Louvre, she took the group to the important pieces and our time was well spent especially when fighting the crowds. The wine and cheese tasting was very enjoyable and informative and good time was had by our small group of 8.

Did the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel & St Peter’s Basillica tour with City Wonders Tours and tour guide Ally. It was fantastic! Ally was knowledgeable, so engaging and had a great sense of humour! Would definitely recommend this tour!

An informative and soul touching experience!

A wonderful day of sharing the rich WW2 history of the Normandy area. Sam was a superb guide with a deep passion for WW2 facts, figures and history. We learned much from him and gained a powerful respect for the sacrifices made by so many in keeping us free! Excellent drivers too!

Great tour! John is amazing!

The tour was great. Highly recommend! John is amazing! He shared so much information about the sites we were seeing and, more importantly, lots of info about what led up to the war. He was able to answer every question anyone asked. He is passionate about Normandy and is very entertaining. Great personality! It was disappointing to not be able to go to the American cemetery, however, it was fascinating to see the German cemetery and learn about that.

Ficamos perdidos quando o grupo se separou ao chegar. Alguns andaram muito rápido e os que ficaram para trás entraram na fila errada, perdendo muito tempo e ficando sem saber a hora do retorno. A sugestão é a guia ficar no final de grupo, para não perder ninguém. No mais, lugar lindo, transporte excelente.
