Guide from substitute agency City Wonders was an hour late, explaining she had in incident. She was disorganised and did not explain to us why and what the tour included and where we were to go in the Museum before left for the tour. Probably because she was running late. From the time of her arrival after waiting around for an hour, she was in a hurry. We were not shown a map of the museum or what parts of the museum were going to visit. We were blindly rushed through the various highlights never knowing where we were going 0r what we were going to see or why. The guide gave us no time to contemplate the art works, no time to photograph the paintings or have a little look around each gallery visited. Instead, she rushed from one exhibit to the next. The tour lasted only 1 hour, not the advertised length of time. We saw only 1 highlight of the works of each painter when there were clearly many others that could have been included. Day trip was enjoyable, however not much background given about the history (particularly Pisa). We followed recommendation of pre-ordering our lunch, however once arrived there was so much we could have chosen from other restaurants. Travel guide was very organised and kept good time with tourists hopping on trains and bus.

My tour guide was amazing! She moved us through a great pace to see all the beautiful/iconic spots of park Guell. This experience allowed me to learn a lot about Guell and Gaudí.

The tour didn't live up to my expectations. I booked it to see Amalfi, but we were cheated into taking it to Sorrento. There might have been no boat due to the wind, but we should have been taken directly to Amalfi in those little buses; after all, the price of the boat would have covered the cost of the little bus. I don't recommend it!

We had an excellent experience with this Expedia tour! Everything was very well organized from start to finish, and the itinerary was perfectly planned. Our guide, Marius, was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire day enjoyable with interesting stories and local insights. Transportation was comfortable and on time, and we never felt rushed at any stop. The locations we visited were absolutely beautiful and worth every minute. It was a great balance of sightseeing, free time, and guided explanation. This tour made our trip much more memorable and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Italy and wanting to see the highlights comfortably and efficiently!
