Don’t trust Viator with your money!!
Don’t trust this company. Their system had a bug and booked the trip for the day I was making the transaction instead of the date I was searching for travel. Even though I contacted them within 1 minute of the booking they have not refunded my money NOR move the reservation to the correct. Worse yet when I entered my initial review Viator responded stating to contact them “so they could have the opportunity to make this right”. Yes I contacted them again and AGAIN they have denied a refund and refused to call me back!! Yet they put a statement in a public forum to make you all think they are resolving but they haven’t. Don’t trust this company.

Do it! It was worth it
The experience was a 10/10. Although, we were not able to get to visit Amalfi, our guide was exceptional at his ability to adapt to the situation. The rain caused rough sees but he had a backup plan in no time. He gave great information throughout the tour. My family and myself would recommend him and his team anytime.

Great half day trip to 2...
Great half day trip to 2 nice islands. The glass blowing on Murano was very nice. Burano is incredible and gorgeous with amazing shopping and cafes.

Excellent Tour
It is 3 hours long but SO GOOD! The museum is incredible. We actually stayed in the Basilica a bit lo ger a d went down to St. Peter's tomb. Incredible.

A great experience
I recently had a great few hours in a Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel 2 hour guided express tour with Martina & City Wonders. Martina was a terrific guide & really knew her subjects. She barely stopped talking the whole time - one interesting fact or story after another. I highly recommend the tour - it also helps the looong queue (for a much shorter one) to get in.

A beautiful tour turned sour.
This was total chaos! The tour boats were oversold due to other ferry boats being full and being a very busy Sunday. We were at the pick up spots on time but due to large crowds missed the return boat to Almalfie. The tour guide left on the 15:30 boat and at least 10 people didn’t make it. We will miss visiting the second city, Amalfie. The 15 hour tour was 6 hours of bus time, 3 1/2 hours of boat cruising, 45 min in a beautiful city and 4 1/2 hours of standing in line. To add to the unpleasantness of the trip, the crew on the boats were rude and nasty when asked simple questions(they were overwhelmed). I hope to hear from Viator or City Wonders as to how you can refund my money.

A Great Tour!
We had a wonderful tour today with Ally (Alessandra). She was lively and engaging and made the tour really fun and entertaining. Lots of history condensed into a 3 hour tour. We highly recommend it.

Spectacular experience but not for the physically or vision impaired
There are lots of steps and if you choose to use a wheelchair the tour group can’t cater for you because you need to travel a different route to the main group. Which is a challenge given the volume of people accessing the site. My wife chose not to take the tour because of this. How ever the art, architecture and history are truly amazing.

Tour by night gives a whole different perspective
Very informative tour, and things look totally different at night than in the light of day. Riti was wonderfully knowledgeable and gave a great tour despite having to yell over all the traffic noise. Loved her stories that went along with the history, making the tour feel more personal, not just spouting facts and figures.
