we enjoyed the tour overall, but felt we didn't have enough time in the cappucin museum and crypt as there was a lot of people particularly moving through the crypt, and the Audio guides were quite long so we didn't get to hear it all.

It was a long trip. The bus driver Antonio was excellent. He fixed the problem with the bus and brought us back to the end point in a timely manner. The tour guide was very pleasant and funny. She kept the group together with her humor and enthusiasm. The trip itself was very informative.
