Wonderful tour
Excellent tour of the Alhambra palace and gardens! Our lovely guide Conchi was knowledgeable, entertaining and a joy to be with. Highly recommend!

Unbelievable beauty
This was one of the most beautiful excursions I’ve ever been on. Both the coach and the train ride took us through the majestic Alps and quaint towns. The scenery was beautiful. The train was an experience worth doing. Our driver, Antonio, managed the hairpin turns expertly and HAJO was so informative and interesting to listen to. I would recommend to anyone.

Alhambra guided tour
Very nice place to visit. I would recommend a guided tour, since you can't focus on the level of detail otherwise. Sabina is a magnificent guide. We enjoyed our tour.

Excellent tour of the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel, and St. Paul's Bascilica.
The tour group met in the designated meeting place at the designated time. The tour group had several guides, who split the attendees into groups of 20. Our tour guide, David, was exceptional.

Amazing tuscany day trip
Loved our tour guide Ana and our driver Francesco. Ana not only shared personal experiences but also made it a point to get to know everyone. Francesco offered a hand every time you got off the bus and kindly taught my husband and I italian the whole ride. This was an awesome tour, not too much driving as they break it up and the stops are all amazing. Highly recommend and I recommend with these two.

We didn't like the start of the tour. We had to walk with the guide from a metro station to the cemetery and then climb at least 30 steps to get to the cemetery. There were a number of older people who had difficulty climbing stairs. Having to start that way set a bad feeling. Why don't you start the tour at the main entrance where there are no stairs? However our guide was terrific.

Best Sagrada Família Tour!
Olga was an amazing tour guide at the Sagrada Família! From start to finish, everything felt seamless, even in the pouring rain. She adapted effortlessly to the conditions and made sure the group still had the best possible experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and interactive with our group, which made the entire experience both informative and genuinely enjoyable. Highly recommend Olga if you want a memorable and well-run visit!

Our experience didn’t start out great. The meeting point was a little chaotic and the man handing out headsets and headphones was really rude to the people in our group and was even more disrespectful to our amazing tour guide, Ana. The only other mishap was our first stop— but it wasn’t really the tour guides fault, it was the tourists who didn’t listen to instruction. Took half hour to get everyone sync’d when we already got sync’d at our meeting point. Aside from that, the experience was delightful. We saw a lot of the beautiful Tuscan side and ventured through some new towns we hadn’t seen or heard of before. The two highlights of the trip were the lunch at the winery (lovely and welcoming family, delicious lunch and beautiful history/location.) The second would be Ana, our guide. She was so friendly and informative. She made the experience feel personal. She has way more knowledgeable than any other tour I’ve ever been on in Rome / surrounding areas.

Overall disappointed. Positano free time was great.
Our main guide Marius was excellent. He really cared and went above and beyond to make our day a good experience. We loved our time in Positano. We were disappointed in our guide and experience at Pompei. We had such high hopes for this part. The tour moved at such a slow pace it was hard to stay engaged then we were told we took too long at the end. Our guide spent extreme amounts of time on various topics that were not of interest (sanitation, brothel etc). I would not take this tour again since I am not sure if this is guide dependent or they are all this way. Also I am not sure if anything could have been done but there were other guests on the tour that talked a large amount of the time and even took a FaceTime while our main guide was talking. we missed a lot of what our main guide had to say. Overall not a good use of money or time.

Excellent tour guide (Sara??). Learn lots of historical facts. City Wonders is a good Company . Visitor wallet tickets are useless.

We enjoyed this rude, even though it states out a rainy day it got better. The bus ride was long but we got to see the countryside and experience the beautiful views, the boat ride was bumpy because of the winds but the tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, he was wonderful. The coast was do beautiful and the people were very welcoming. We wished we had more time to walk around positino and amalfi , but other than that it was great
