This is a tour we'll be talking about for years. First of all, the tour guide, Giuseppina and the driver, Antonio were outstanding. As we approached our ride up to St. Moritz, unexpected snow happened and it was fast and furious. Antonio had to put chains on the bus and he did everything in his power to keep us safe. Giuseppina kept us well informed throughout the whole ordeal. We eventually made it up, but didn't have time to visit St. Moritz because we would have missed the red train. (but were given the option). The train ride was absolutely beautiful. The weather changed, the grass was green and the scenery was breathtaking. No one can help what Mother Nature has in store, but we were very grateful that we had experienced people in charge. Thank you. I highly recommend this tour.

The tour was informative and our guide provided us with a lot of history and was happy to answer any questions. I just feel it was a bit of an overpriced experience for just 30 minutes and skip the line.

Very good. Monica did a nice job of being sure we knew where we were going and the schedule to keep us on track. She gave information on the boat ride out to the islands and was clear about our options on each island. There were ear pieces and a speaker system but the noise of the boat made it still hard to hear all she was saying. Not sure how that could be improved, but we still got most of what she said. The time on each of the 2 islands was good (Murano and Burano) and the demonstrations were informative. Like many have said, the glass for sale where the demonstration takes place is very expensive but it also seems to be of the highest quality. We did not purchase any glass there but walked around to see some other shops.

La guide ne parlait pas bien l'anglais. Parlait espagnol souvent et confondait les pesos avec les euros. Les oreillettes coupaient constamment.
