Long day but well worth it.

This is a long day but it’s worth it. The guide and bus driver were great. The trip broken up with a comfort stop each way. The island is amazing, plenty of time there and such a good experience.

Great tour to see as much as possible in your 2 hours.

Salvatore was an amazing guide. He told the stories behind the pieces rather than spouting facts and figures and talking about the meaning of each brush stroke in the work. He bought the gallery to life. Taking the tour is the best way to get through all the highlights in the time restrictions allocated by the gallery, and the walk through the gardens was a nice gentle way to end the tour.

Cancelamento em cima da hora

Gostaria de registrar minha insatisfação com o cancelamento da minha reserva para o Coliseu, Fórum Romano e Monte Palatino com acesso à Arena para 4 pessoas, realizada em 25/03/2026. A reserva foi cancelada pela operadora apenas uma semana antes da viagem, o que me causou um grande transtorno. Confiei na confirmação da compra e, por isso, deixei de adquirir ingressos com outras agências enquanto ainda havia disponibilidade. Quando fui informada do cancelamento, praticamente não existiam mais opções com acesso à Arena. Como consequência, precisei comprar novos ingressos de última hora, pagando um valor mais alto por uma experiência inferior, sem acesso à Arena. Além disso, tive prejuízo com o IOF da transação internacional, valor que não será reembolsado, mesmo o cancelamento tendo ocorrido por responsabilidade exclusiva da operadora. Considero a situação extremamente frustrante e uma falta de respeito com o consumidor, principalmente pela proximidade da viagem e pelos prejuízos financeiros causados. Dessa forma, solicito uma posição da empresa e uma solução justa em relação aos prejuízos sofridos, incluindo os custos adicionais que tive após o cancelamento da reserva. Aguardo retorno.

Our guide PG was very knowledgeable and entertaining. He gave very interesting details and back stories to the sights. Highly recommend!

Tour by night gives a whole different perspective

Very informative tour, and things look totally different at night than in the light of day. Riti was wonderfully knowledgeable and gave a great tour despite having to yell over all the traffic noise. Loved her stories that went along with the history, making the tour feel more personal, not just spouting facts and figures.

Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and expect crowds. And our guide Martha was excellent! If you can request her don’t!

A bit of a disappointment

What they should know is although the description says there will be a visit to the American cemetery, it may not happen. That’s what happened on our trip. We went to the German cemetery instead. Very disappointing.

You Should Reconsider

This tour felt extremely chaotic, rushed and frustrating. In hindsight, I could have navigated this myself and had far less stress and annoyance. The guide was lovely.

Must see

This was a spectacular tour which we greatly enjoyed learning the history of the sites we visited. Flavio was our bus guide; he was well versed in the history of Italy and a very delightful young man. Sorrento is beautiful and the Limoncello tour was definitely a highlight. 10/10 would recommend.

The trip was amazing. It was awe inspiring to see the beaches and the crosses in the cemetery. To see what our forefathers and others had to go through to fight the battle just blows you away.

Great tour and guide.

What a fabulous tour. The time went buy so quickly. Giorgio kept a great pace and was really easy to follow along with and understand. He was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. Throughout the tour he made a point of getting to know everyone in the group while we walked along, which was such a lovely touch, especially since it was a large group.

Best tour ever!

This was my favourite City Wonders tour while I was in Rome. Nicola was the most attentive, knowledgeable, educational, respectful and enjoyable guide. The stories he shared went far beyond the works of art and you could tell the passion he had for what he does. Loved the smaller size of this group, really made the tour far more personal.

Over promised under delivered tour. Only got 30 mins in each stop and no Limoncello tasting. Will not recommend.

Fab experience

What an amazing piece of architecture, hard to imagine how it was built. We had a guided tour which was a bit hit & miss as we felt a bit rushed & couldn't understand the guide too well & felt it was quite expensive however, it was extremely busy too, we did enjoy the visit though I think I would enjoy it more by going around independently. Watchout for all the lucky men trying to flog you tat from phone chargers to umbrellas & rain ponchos ( it was monsoon rain when we went)
