Nathan and Elizabetta were fantastic. Very informative and gave us all the information we needed at each stop of our tour. It made seeing Cinque Terre and Pisa a delight. A large day but extremely wonderful and very comfortable. Directions were clear and given in a group chat that was very helpful to refer back to to make sure we didn’t miss any of our stops. Nathan has a great sense of humour and was very engaging throughout. The only thing we wished we’d had was a little more time in Monterosso as by the time we’d had lunch we didn’t have much longer left to explore the town.

Isaac has a great voice over the headphones with a great sense of humour. He runs to tour like the military. Not a problem but he is well organized and is very clear with a clock countdown for taking pictures. That part was way too fast. Luckily I did my research beforehand so I knew what I wanted to get photos of.

Marius was fab. Very helpful friendly & chatty. Our guide at Pompeii Enzo was equally fantastic. Both very knowledgeable & looked after us well. Comfort breaks were just right amount and length. Great day.

No respetan el itinerario y terminan acomodando todo a su conveniencia para que les compres a sus aliados. En la cafetería que paran pagas 30€ por dos bocadillo con café (duros y fríos) y en vez de empezar la excursión con Pompeya aprovechando la mañana paran primero en la fabrica de limoncello con una degustación de 3 ml como mucho y el resto es una tienda con precios inflados con productos que encuentras en Sorrento muchos más baratos. Pero antes de llegar a Sorrento ellos te recomiendan comer en Pompeya por 18€ el menú porque supuestamente no daría tiempo de ver el pueblo si comíamos en Sorrento. Levantan pedido y cuando llegas a Sorrento ves muchos restaurantes con precio de 14-10€ y con servicio inmediato. Te llevan a Pompeya a las 14 con todo el calor y sin comer y terminas almorzando a las 17 una pizza mal hecha, no tuve tiempo libre ni para comprar souvenirs en Pompeya y el tiempo libre en Sorrento fue menor al indicado. Y no comento más porque no me permiten extenderme.

**Please be careful of booking with City Wonders. ** Actual guide and tour was very good, but company is not due to a serious admin error. We booked this tour and when we arrived our guide told us that on two of our tickets, one adult name was incorrectly put as a child, and a child’s name as an adult. Our tour guide told us they may not allow us to go in and we wouldn’t be able to purchase a ticket there and then. Thankfully the tour guide had a word with the staff at the entrance and they kindly let us in. But apparently not all of the staff would be so kind. Mistakes happen, but what upset me is that City Wonders refused to accept this was their mistake and said it is the customers responsibility to check tickets. I checked my booking and put everyone correctly as an adult or child etc. In terms of the actual ticket, this wasn’t something I could see beforehand and only the tour guide had these. In fact, I never saw these at all. Just very poor customer service.

Leider wurde uns beim Start des Trips morgens mitgeteilt, dass die Hauptattraktion, die Fahrt mit dem Boot an der Amalfiküste und mach Amalfi nicht stattfinden kann, da es nicht genug Plätze gibt. Wie kann das sein, wenn der Trip soweit im Voraus angeboten wird. Durch den Stau haben wir die meiste Zeit im Bus verbracht und hatten nur jeweils 1,5 Stunden Zeit uns vor Ort aufzuhalten. In Positano war es dermaßen voll, dass man keinen Schritt vor den anderen machen konnte. Dafür kann der Guide natürlich nichts und er hat es generell auch super gemacht, aber für den Preis habe ich definitiv etwas anderes erwartet und vor allem eine tolle Bootstour. Das war schon sehr schade.

Die Tour war toll. Albert, unser Guide, hat viel Wissenswertes und Interessantes erzählt. Es war sehr kurzweilig und interessant. Er hat schön erzählt, so dass man gern zuhörte. Sein Englisch war sehr gut zu verstehen für mich als Deutsche. Er war freundlich, hilfsbereit und lustig!
