It was worth the time and money

Product: Murano & Burano Guided Tour by Private Boat with Glassmaking

Overall, this trip had both positives and frustrations. Marisa, our tour guide, and Max, our driver, were both wonderful. Max got us safely to and from Salerno, and the bus ride itself was smooth and comfortable. Marisa was very knowledgeable and shared great information about the history and areas we passed along the way, which made the drive enjoyable. Unfortunately, the biggest issues were with the ferry portion of the trip. After boarding the first ferry to Positano, we had to wait close to an hour just to dock and get off the boat, which significantly cut into our time there. Because of that, we barely had any time to actually sightsee or explore Positano. The problems continued when boarding the next ferry. The line was very unorganized, the ferry arrived about an hour late, and our group ended up being separated. Once we arrived in Amalfi, we only had about an hour there, which again was not enough time to properly enjoy or experience the area. The return ferry was also delaye

One of the most incredible places I’ve ever visited. Totally worth the 8 hours on the bus. Asnna I believe was our tour and she was very sweet, kind and knowledgeable. Great time.

We truly enjoyed our trip to Giverny. The guides, Angela and Michelle, were informative and a lot of fun. We would have appreciated more detailed instructions for the meeting place - actual address of the small church (verses an intersection) and the closest Metro station. It was a fun day and I would highly recommend it!

Our tour guide & bus driver were great! The actual tour…not so much! The long lines for each ferry were unorganized & chaotic. The ferries were late arriving at each port. They were overcrowded with standing room only at times. Our group got split at each port and were not on the same ferry. We only had 45 rushed minutes in Positano and Amalfi. We were in line 45 minutes to an hour each time waiting for a ferry. Although the views from the boat were pretty (if you could see them through the crowd on the boat), overall the trip was very disappointing . A partial refund would be appreciated. We chose this trip because we were supposed to have 3 1/2 hours total import and we ended up with one and a half hours.

Our guide Toma was very knowledgeable and helpful. The Louvre is a massive place and it’s well worth it to have a guide taking you to the big masterpieces

Highly recommend! Great day and Chiara was a a wonderful guide. The areas we visited were beautiful and we appreciated Chiara’s vast knowledge about the history and interesting details of each location. She also provided interesting and helpful info about Rome (our departure city) and Italy in general and kept the group engaged. Civita di Bagnoregio was especially interesting and well worth the strenuous walk and stair climb to reach it.
