Louvre experience
If you don't have a guide you will be lost forever. During the high season it's really crowded. When it's crowded it isn't pleasant. Don't expect to see it all, you can't. The Mona Lisa isn't worth the wait. Walk by it and see it as you walk.

Must see Monet
Giverney is a must do if you love Monet. The package made it so easy to get there skip the line and see the town. The guides Michelle and Lara were very informative and professional

We had a fantastic tour with Cat, it was very informative, her English was amazing and comes over how passionate she is about her beautiful country. We learnt so much by walking in the footsteps of her ancestors. Xx

Atmospheric evening walk
The tour was so nice. Small group, 5 of us. History and stories were engaging, Rome at night is so lovely! Highly recommend this tour. Our guide was excellent!

Wear sunscreen and hydrate! It’s a good tour but very crowded. Our guide, Fabio, was energetic, knowledgeable and considerate.

Not worth the money
Heather was an incredible tour guide and our bus driver was also amazing. There were issues with our trip being on May 1st which was a designated holiday in Italy. There was a huge delay on getting onto the boat and the boat being "over booked" that prevented seating for so many customers (in both directions). In my opinion, and others that were on this tour, it was the people in charge of managing the boats/coastal cruise that actually ruined the experience. Heather and the bus driver were both great!!!

Pompeii Tour
My family and I had a great time! We traveled to Pompeii, Amalfi Coast, and Sorentto. Such a wonderful tour! Marius was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable and helped make our adventure memorable!

Excellent guide!
Annais is an excellent guide. She tried to do her best and her explanations were informative and interesting. She made the time deep and pleasant. After 2 hours she added an additional 30 min more of time and later she took volunteers for another 30 minutes. So we had a total of 3 hours guided tour at the Louvre! We’re the luckiest guests on the day there. I strongly recommend her.

Glad we had a guide
This was the afternoon of the day we arrived, so we were very tired. The Colosseum area is very crowded which made staying as a group with stops for descriptions from the guide difficult. The guide had a heavy accent making it hard to understand. That got better with time. This is a large area so having a tour was very helpful. Be aware this is alot of walking and very limited toilet availability.

OUr tour guide was great and very friendly. The catacombs were a little underwhelming - but the Crypt and the churches we saw were amazing.

Great tour and guide. Unbearable crowds
Florence was a great tour guide in spite of the ridiculous crowds we encountered that day. She really knows her stuff and we learned a lot. We did get expedited line jump and preferences in other areas. The Louvre needs to get control of the crowded conditions and stop letting people in that have huge backpacks or any backpacks. It makes an incredibly crowded place even more unbearable also a security issue. Security entrance was also laughable. Will they never learn….
