The guides were excellent. Everything was according to the schedule. However, I must add that I arrived on time, they told me to wait for 10 minutes, so I went to the other side of the fountain. I came back and they told me my group already left and that I can join the next group only if someone didn’t arrive. That was the case, so I was “lucky” to go with the other group. Otherwise, I would be left stranded. Other than that, everything went smoothly. But make sure to be on time and to come out of the museum on time.

Pierre was a wonderful guide, very engaging and knowledgeable. It was wonderful to have someone shepherd us around the museum to see the most famous pieces instead of trying to navigate on our own.
