Highly recommend this tour! Our tour guide, Giovanna was the absolute best. She was super knowledgeable and engaging and you could tell she was passionate about it all! The Basilica and the Palace are really quite spectacular, but the added commentary from someone that was so passionate and informed made it extra special! Highly recommend!

Fun and detailed tours

Craig our tour guide was awesome at the studios, as well as everyone from City Wonders and the studios. The tour gives you fun details from the HP movies that no other tour at the WB Studios does.

My wife became unwell during a bus rest stop, and when we were a little late returning to the bus, the bus driver asked us if we didn't understand English, which made us feel very uncomfortable.

Stefano war toll. Er hat uns durch viele verborgene Gassen geführt und witzige und unterhaltsame Geschichten erzählt. Florenz und seine Kunstwerke bei Nacht ist nochmals eine andere Erfahrung! Wunderschön.

An excellent walking tour covering some of the salacious escapades of Florence‘s notorious past. Our guide, Stephano, was an expert and kept us entertained throughout the entire walk. We also stopped to admire and gawk at some of the palaces and other buildings and churches along the way. Crossing Ponte Vecchio was a highlight. People, please have the common decency to avoid smoking whilst on the walk. Not everybody appreciates having smoke blown in their face when trying to listen to the talk.

Not a good tour for those with mobility issues or kids strollers. The guide was rude and unaccommodating to our needs. We enjoyed the masterpieces there but were never made aware of not having access to an elevator or informed about the option of not taking stroller with us. It was truly the worst experience due to the lack of communication from the tour guide or tour company prior to getting our tour started. The tour guide showed no compassion for our plight nor seems like she cared. Very unfortunate and disappointing.

Sylvia our guide was great. She provided a lot of extra information about the islands we passed on the way to Murano and Burano. She also gave us some great tips on Bars and Restaurants in Venice. Very enjoyable.
