Tour guide Alexandra was very knowledgeable and helpful. it was a very pleasant trip with just enough time spent at each place.

all the structure around the tour was very good except for the guide John; he speaks very well and seems to known a lot about Normandy but he don't know how to conduct the trip in a good way; most of the times we thought that we were in army rather than in a vacation trip; always rushing us to go, we did not have time to take the photos that we wanted, see the things that we wanted, even not time to bought some gifst on the gift store; that was eldery people with cane that clearly could not follow this rithym. Also he did not seem to be willing to answer questions, when asked just say one or two words. By the way that is the first guide in all my travels that don't like to answer questions... But again, all the structure with bus, launch, meeting point and so on was very good, just John needs to remember that is not a army campaign, we tourists are willing to have fun, not be ordered

This trip was excellent. I highly recommend. Lavinia was our tour guide and she was brilliant. She even got the coach to sing happy birthday to me! Pompeii was amazing and Sorrento absolutely beautiful. We even stopped at the Limincello factory and got a few free tasters. Would definitely book this trip again.

From Paris: Normandy D-Day Beaches & American Cemetery Day Trip with Lunch

No problem finding the meeting place. Very well organized. Helped us find our respective bus, since there were two buses, We had a break half way to our destination at a very clean rest stop with plenty of restrooms, no waiting in line. John, our tour guide had a degree in history, and was extremely knowledgeable about WWII. He talked at the start of our trip and then let us sleep until the rest stop. I appreciated that because I was very jet lagged. He resumed his narration when we were about a half hour form the beaches. He also walked out with us to the sites to explain further German armaments along the coast. This prepared us for what we saw there. You cannot experience how high and deadly those cliffs were to scale, until you are physically there. I was overwhelmed! We also had plenty of time for the museum, three beaches and finished with the cemetery. Lunch was provided at a pre chosen restaurant in a small Normandy town. The food was ok, but hospitality was good.

The tour was beautifully arranged and our guide EMMA was very friendly, very informative and accomodating. Visited two castles and were all very wonderful. Two thumps up 👍🏻👍🏻. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Sian was a great guide..very friendly and lnowlegable. told us about Venice history and other islands. The glass at murano was amazing. very silled lace makers at Burrano. very colourful town.

I wish we had been given time to go up to the rooftop in Montepulciano. We were given a break when we came back down the hill but there was not enough time to go back up. It felt rushed as we had passed most of the stores on the way up but couldn't stop at that time.
