Valentina was our guide and Frausto was our driver. Both did a wonderful job to bring us to Bagnoregio and Orvieto. Valentina gives us useful information. The itinerary was switched. We went to Orvieto in the morning and saw the Duomo first. Unfortunately it was a Sunday morning and the Duomo and most of the shops were closed. The area is lovely and we would love to visit there again. We then went to the wine tasting and had lunch. Afternoon we went to Civita and some free time. I think the tour is good for people visiting the first time. If you want to get an overview view of the area then I would recommend you to try this.

I will first say, Pompeii has been on my to-see list for a while, so for that opportunity, I am grateful. However. Starting in the morning, I arrived about 10 minutes before the meeting time. I asked a woman with CityWonders if I was in the right place and she rolled her eyes to tell me I was early. Sorry for being an inconvenience. Then Mt Vesuvius. I signed up for the easy geologist led walk - the guide said it was flat. He was very knowledgeable, but the hike was NOT easy. It was not intense, but at least four individuals fell while on the hike because the ground was loose and uneven. Then we went to lunch. The food was okay, but the waitresses were majorly inconvenienced by our existence. We asked for a can of Coke and you’d think we asked to change the whole group menu that day… Last was our tour of the archeological site. That was beautiful, and our local guide for that portion was amazing and knowledgeable. There was no time to visit the gift shops. It was all rushed.

This was the best day. John, our guide, was so knowledgeable. Probably one of the most interesting history lessons I’ve ever had. Don’t think twice, book this tour!

Natasha and Luca were excellent host. First Luca is a great driver, we felt very safe while he drives in a very tricky roads. Second Natasha is very friendly person, she gave us a lot information about our trip. both made us feel very comfortable, we really enjoyed.

Mary, our tour guide was very knowledgeable. She gave a running commentary of all the history of the buildings around Buckingham Palace as well as the history of the Changing of the Guard.

Very interesting. A good combination of guided and on your own touring. Allow a minimum of 4 hours. And book an early tour-fewer visitors . The Beefeater portion was fantastic.

Difficulty finding meeting spot but great tour
Really fun and interesting tour. I would recommend that the tour company do a better job of identifying the meeting spot at the beginning, however. A map would have been nice. It was a challenge finding it.

The tour of both places was great! Our guide Maria was spectacular. However, we were not dropped off where the tour started, as indicated in the booking information. We were much further away and over a half hour walk from where the tour began and I was not happy. Plus, it was 6:45 when the tour ended. Please get the people back to the starting point. I felt like we were left to fend for ourselves at the end.

Absolutely amazing Natascia and Francesco were the best!! Absolutely amazing and insightful trip around Pompeii and Sorrento with expert knowledge from the best guide, they were even as kind to gift us all lemon scented soap from Sorrento! Would 100% recommend!!!
