Lovely castles. Guide needed Audiovox as he would walk rapidly and those left behind couldn't hear commentary or instructions. Same on bus...too low.

Der Quide war gut Wir fanden es unmöglich, dass wir 1,5 Std warten mussten. Die Karten wurden bereits 2025 gebucht und wir standen in einer Reihe mit allen die noch keine Karten hatten und sich kurzfristig an dem Tag entschieden haben den Eifelturm zu besuchen. Ja, bei Buchung stand, das es keine Tour ohne Wartezeit ist. Aber damit haben wir nicht gerechnet. Die Zeiten von 2 Stunden konnte auch nicht eingehalten werden und wir hatten dann Stress zum nächsten Termin zu kommen. Zusammengefasst war es für den Preis eine Katastrophe

Flavio was an excellent local guide. Very knowledgeable and passionate. The tour could have done without the limoncello tasting so we could have had more time in Sorrento. Also didn’t need the last refreshment stop on the way back to Rome.

De boottocht naar de eilanden was heel leuk. Onze gids, Annachiara, vertelde met veel passie. Ze was heel behulpzaam. Vooral Burano is heel goed meegevallen en de tijd daar mocht iets langer zijn

very unorganised. other guests continually showed up late reaulting in only 50 minutes in Lugano. why bother stopping. sound system on bus too loud and guide was told at least six times he did not turn it down. if only the guide had set strict guidelines at the start such as ovwr ten minutes late you get left behind.
