Activity Tuscany in One Day

Carolina was excellent, very knowledgeable and could understand her perfectly. She made sure her group was taken care of and did not rush us through the museum.

The day itself was good but our tour guide Elizabetta was uninspiring, lacklustre. Mentioned a few times by various people couldn’t hear her, whenever she did bother to offer any information but nothing changed. Didn’t seem very knowledgable or maybe just didn’t want to be there that day? It was a bit of a dampener. Think the day would have been drastically better with a different guide who wanted to be there or was more approachable.
