Timing is good. The guide followed as strict time which we appreciated. On the bus ride, elizabeth shared alot of facts to supplement where we were going. Nathan was very funny. It was a good team. Appreciated that they gave tips on where to eat and how to keep safe.

とても楽しかったです。非ネイティブの日本人ですが、ガイドのEMMAさんはとても聞き取りやすい英語を話してくれて、また、ガイドもとてもわかりやすく、内容も豊富でした。ドライバーの方はとてもフレンドリーで、良い方でした。 マミーアニーというガイドさんがランチに紹介してくれたお店もとても美味しかったです。サーモンのタルタルと、チキンのクリーム煮がお勧めです。 日系の同様のツアーだと、100ユーロくらい高かったので、お得感もありました。 一点、シュノンソン城でワインテイスティングがついているのですが、スキップをすれば良かったなと思いますました。初心者向けのワインの楽しみ方といった内容で、初心者でなければお城の見学に十分時間をかけた方が良かったです。

Changing of the guards

Brilliant experience and an amazing tour guide in Angie. She went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. Being British, hadn't really appreciated our traditions and pageantry and have made the mistake that most of us do and turn up outside Buckingham palace , which really isn't what it is about. Definitely recommend! Big thumbs up for 'team Angie' , a wide with a true passion.

Great experience at the Tower of London

Joe was very knowledgeable and gave us a very interesting tour. Andy, our Beefeater was also very informative and had a great sense of humor. Everything went very smoothly and on time. Loved it.

Did not give us the experience we signed up for

We signed up for the VIP tour with early access and the opening ceremony. Our tour guide was replacing someone who normally does the trip and somehow got confused it what we were supposed to be doing. We ended up getting normal access and not seeing the opening ceremony so they did not provide us any value. When contacted they were very slow to respond and only gave a partial refund which I did not feel was fair given how expensive the tour is. Would not recommend.

Two great guides! The best experience on our London trip!

This was the best tour! Michael guided us outside the Tower of London. He was great - very funny and very knowledgeable. He told us stories of the Tower of London, but also of the Tower Bridge - don't call it the London Bridge! - (which we went in last time we were in London). He showed us and talked about HMS Belfast which was used in the D-Day landings in World War II, which we are very interested in. Inside the Tower, Michael showed us what to see later on our own, including his recommendations - where to take a longer tour of the Tower of London later - then Andy the Beefeater took over for a short talk. Andy is a great storyteller and very funny too! Andy served 30 years in the British Royal Air Force and he lives in the Tower of London! This part was just for the small group - that was great! After Andy's talk, Michael led us to the Crown Jewels Tower (awesome!) where he said goodbye, and then we explored on our own for a couple hours. As Michael recommended, we took the longer tour (a big group) after his tour had finished, with a different Beefeater. This was great too - lots of detail about history, torture and execution. Our favorite in London! Thanks Michael and Andy!

Pay Peter to Pay Paul I will never forget that now

My 23 year old son and I did the walking tour with Andy. He is a great tour guide. He is very knowledgeable and he has the perfect personality for a tour guide. He shared some interesting facts like the story behind the saying “pay Peter to pay Paul.” Now I know where that saying comes from. We loved it! The war room was good. I have been there before but the first time for my son. It was crowded today. More than I remembered. But overall I highly recommend this tour.

Had an amazing tour of Florence with Stefano! He was brilliant, incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and made the city’s history come alive. His passion for Florence really showed, and he made the whole experience fun and memorable. Highly recommend if you are visiting Florence!

Pasamos un día estupendo, Michelle es una guía muy responsable, amable y cuidadosa de sus pasajeros, atenta a todos, muy alegre, el viaje fue muy largo de muchas horas pero se hizo llevadero con su buena onda. El chófer "Gladiador " nos llevó y trajo cuidadosamente. Me hubiera gustado que el tiempo en ambos destinos, Sorrento y Positano, fuera un poquito más extenso para visitarlo sin correr. Otra cosa a destacar fue que recibiamos permanentemente información sobre horarios y ubicacion del punto de encuentro, algo muy bueno que nos daba la tranquilidad que nos podiamos contactar ante alguna necesidad. Los lugares soñados y Michelle una genia incluso tuvo el detalle de hacernos un regalito al final del tour. Gracias!
