The trip was nice overall. Kler and the driver did a great job to help us experience Italy's scenic view and the history behind each site or region. However, I would suggest to spend more time at the Sorrento coastline given the number of activities one can do.

Luca was great person and a very good guide. Overall experience was great! Second time to Siena and what a day it was! Anyone loves wine and and Tuscany must experience this trip.

What an experience! Our guide was so informative and we loved the entire experience. I wish we would have had more time at the Capuchin Crypts to go through the entire museum. But still a great experience.

Our day trip to Cinque Terre and Pisa was one of the absolute highlights of our time in Italy, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible tour guide, Dany. From the moment the tour began, Dany was warm, organized, and exceptionally knowledgeable. Her passion for Italian history, culture, and local traditions brought every stop to life. She shared fascinating stories and insights throughout the day, making the journey just as enjoyable as the destinations themselves. Cinque Terre was breathtaking, and Dany ensured that we experienced the very best of each village. She provided excellent recommendations for scenic viewpoints, local food, and hidden gems that we would never have discovered on our own. Her timing was perfect, allowing us to enjoy the beauty of the coastline without ever feeling rushed. Our visit to Pisa was equally memorable. Dany gave us a wonderful overview of the city’s rich history and made sure we had plenty of time to explore.

The day trip was good. We saw the sights we were promised. The transportation was excellent and comfortable. Although, the bus driver should leave more space between his vehicle and the one in front of him. I was sitting in the front of the bus and there were times I thought he was going to rear-end the vehicle in front of him. I’m probably a little more critical than most but I used to be a professional driver and have high expectations of other professional drivers. I realize I’m in a foreign country and standards are a different, but safety is safety. As for the guide! She was almost worthless. Poor communication. Several other guests were negatively commenting about her as well. She’s not doing City Tours any favors.

Lawrence was an amazing presenter and knew his history. He brought extra details into the tour which was beneficial. Visiting these historic sites was a must see.

Loved the day, tour guide was so funny and knowledgeable and the driver as well was great! We stumbled upon a great sunny day and despite being busy was really a nice day. I would have just enjoyed an extra hour there but overall was a fantastic day!
