Oportunidades de melhoria: o local de parada para o café, em Casino, poderia ter o atendimento melhorado; no ônibus poderiam ser oferecidos carregadores de celular (podendo ser cobrado por isso); poderia ser oferecido água para os participantes.

Everything was well planned, beautiful destination. our guide Dee was very informative, liked to hear stories in her sweet voice. Better free time available for exploration considering distance from Paris. Must do trip to get emersed in luring beauty of french countryside ❤️

Hendrix and Angela were fun and knowledgeable, the bus trip was great very comfortable, the Monet experience was beautiful especially being spring the gardens were amazing. Very popular so gets crowded but your still able to grab some peace. Thanks for great day.

Marco es un guía excepcional. No habrá mejor guía para tu excursión. 100% recomendadisimo. Súper majo, te cuenta todo muy bien. Muy agradable, te ayuda en todo lo que necesites y más. Recomendaciones, etc, etc. El viaje fue buenísimo, si algo cambiaría sería “la pérdida de tiempo” en los licores en Sorrento. O la pizza al final de la excursión, pero entiendo que al ser un tour guiado, obviamente es donde ellos pueden sacar % y lo veo bien por el business view pero una pérdida de tiempo para quien prefiere más tiempo descubriendo los lugares. En Pompeya también tuvimos a nuestra guía Valentina que fue ESPECTACULAR. Súper divertida y muy simpática. Haría de nuevo este tour por Marco porque se nota que le gusta lo que hace y eso te hace el viaje muchísimo más ameno

We didn’t get to do it, we were refused entry for 10 minutes late and we tried to contact our guide and got no response, we wanted to catch up with the tour but we was told we couldn’t. We were late due to the location being the wrong location which isn’t fair as it added an extra 15 minutes to our journey which was the reason that made us late.

Todo anduvo bien y en hora. El lugar es un sueño. Esperaria que el guía te esperara en un lugar más cercano a la salida del lugar y no en el parking al cual puede ser confuso llegar. Daría media hora más de tiempo para poder ir sin apuro hasta la iglesia del pueblito por lo menos. Incluiría el ingreso al Museo que se encuentra antes de ingresar a la casa. Serían las variantes que haría.

It was excellent! Obviously the palace was amazing but what really made it interesting and fun was Omar! He was amazing, full of knowledge and a great sense of humor! He was engaging and I learned a lot! If you can request Omar, I highly recommend you do!
