Our tour guide was amazing as well as the bus driver. Sarah gave us lots of information and made sure we all met at times she said. Highly recommend this tour.

Terrible and chaotic waiting time for the boat. No one is queuing so the departure time is delayed for more than 40mins, which also shortened the sightseeing time in Positano and Amalfi Coast accordingly. The whole trip took around 15 hrs, and turns out I only have 2hours for sightseeing.. the rest of time we are just waiting, queuing and transporting. But I know the guide has no other way. Just the poor arrangement from the boat company.

The tour started on time. However, there was just a bit of confusion as to the meeting point since it was indicated in the instructions that it was on "Carretera del Carmel 23" for the Park Guell entrance, but when we arrived we could not find it and instead could only see a signage for "Carretera del Carmel 21". Google maps also indicated a location which was a bit farther from the Park Guell entrance. Nevertheless, we stayed near the entrance until we saw the flag of the tour guide. Also, a word of caution: this tour (especially Park Guell part) involves a lot of walking. Aside from walking within the park itself, going to the designated meeting point also involved a lot of walking (with a steep incline plus stairs) from the "nearest" subway station. So, I suggest you take an uber or taxi there instead. Moreover, there are also no benches or seats near the Park Guell entrance so if you arrive earlier than the designated time, you will be standing there or quite a long while.

Disappointing as the reason we went on the trip was to see Pompeii. This trip was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances and we were offered (and accepted) a trip to Pompeii with a side trip to Sorrento. The trip to Sorrento took way too long and time at Pompeii didnt seen long enough. The guide for Pompeii was very slow and the pompeii tour company used the whisper audio devices which are impossible to keep on your ear and very difficult to hear anything. Loved Flavio, our guide for the day. Wonderful personality and provided lots of interesting stories.

I had understood there would be a seperate guide at Pompeii, there was not rather it was just the hike on our own.
