Excellent review of the Tower of London, especially the meeting of a Beefeater! The storytelling is really what makes the visit memorable. While it was a bit early for my preference, but we did avoid the crowds and had a more intimate visit.

Susanne was an exceptionally personable and knowledgeable guide, with a good sense of humour. During the day, we had poor weather (which eventually cleared) - she provided us with an alternate tour route which was very informative. We learned a lot about the economy, Venetian culture and the environment. A highly recommended experience!

Experience was overall great. The gardens were so beautiful. Only issue was it was very crowded but that is not controllable by tour. Would have loved to spend more time so will definitely go back. Goel and Hendricks were amazing tour guides. During trip to and from provided very engaging and interesting information. Also helped to make sure everyone had audio app downloaded properly and provided clear instructions.

Pour Pompéi avec le guide nous aurions eu besoin d avoir un appareil audio même si le groupe était petit le guide ne nous attendait pas quand on prenait des photos donc nous perdions des informations.

Michelle was a knowledgeable and interesting tour guide and moved at a good pace for everyone in our party. We learned the history of the catacombs, but she also was a good storyteller and brought things to life, including translating some of the poetic commemorative stones in the catacombs. I highly recommend the tour.

Absolutely had the the best time ever. Every part from start to finish was organized so well. The meeting point at the plaza was also organized very well Chiara our tour guide was fantastic.. she was kind, friendly, informative, knowledgeable and let us know ahead of time what to expect. Our bus driver Julio drove the bus excellent and safe Thank your so much... we made great memories! Highly recommend this tour to anyone

利用してよかったと思う。 それでも、いくらSkipといっても待ち時間が結構あったこと（基本立ちっぱなし）、必要なこととはいえ、セキュリティチェックで混雑・混乱が生じることで、しかたないこととはいえ、星マイナス１にした。
