Nice trip, but large crowds at the location with many tour buses and the accompanying irritations of tourists asking questions, stopping mid stride for a photo, etc.

The trip was great and we were very happy with Nathan. He taught us a lot of tips of how to take pictures with iPhone. Gave us a short video to keep us entertained.

The day was amazing. We couldnt manage to spend free time at St Moritz because we had a snowing day and we were stuck at the road because some cars were blocking the road. But our bus driver Antonio and our guide Josefine manage to make us arrive at the exact time our train was leaving the city. But despite this problem we had an amazing time with Bernina with snow falling the skies, unfortunately we didnt manage to ser all the beauty of the train road but for us the snow made our day special.

What a fun tour!! Suzan was so great and she made the whole trip fun! She told us such great overall history of Venice while on the boat. She gave a good time limits on the islands so no one missed the boat. The glass factory was amazing to see! You get to see how they create some of their glasses and chandeliers. You get to see the gallery. On Burano, you get to see them make lace. For us it was just an older women in the shop. But then you find out more as you talk to them about the intricate art of making lace. A great tour! Would highly recommend

The view both ways from the coach and Bernina train is just so stunning. The coach was so comfortable, the driver is so good at driving those sharp bends. Salvatorre- a good guide so accomodating and so calm. I like it as we jave our pwn area on the Train so we can move either aide to get a good view of the scenery and from the train. Overall highly recomended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our bus trip to Siena and San Gimignano. Our tour option was supposed to be transport only, but our guide Giovanni provided a very interesting commentary on both places and on the history of Italy and Tuscany in general. He was very knowledgeable and easy to understand and made the bus travel a worthwhile part of the trip. At the locations, he was helpful and accommodating of all the passengers and made great recommendations for places to see and where to eat and shop. Normally I fall asleep during the bus travel, but he was so interesting that I stayed awake to listen to him. He was also very kind and even helped us to obtain a taxi after departing the bus, which was going above and beyond! Really good tour, and a great guide in Giovanni!
