Guide was great - paid...
Guide was great - paid for skip the line and still had to wait in the loooooong security line like the rest of the people.

Our guide Ben was right...
Our guide Ben was right on time and the directions to find him at the meeting place were precise. Ben was informative and took us at a good pace. Interesting way to experience the city as it was much quieter and relaxing on the High Line. The Edge experience was fine but it was a bit overcast which dampened our views a bit. Overall it was worth it o have a guide.

Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island tour
We booked with City Wonders USA and our tour guide Rob was amazing. He was an actor and playwright so he not only gave us information on the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island but so much detailed historical information and done very eloquently. It is so worth having a tour guide that takes you through all the lines and to the most important sights. Very good tour and well worth the price

A walk to The Edge
I really liked the walk through of Little Island, some of Meat Packing, Chelsea Shops, the High Line, Hudson Yards and then getting to go up to the top of the Edge. It was great. I really appreciated the history from our guide, Ron.

Awful
Our guide was not as knowledgeable as we would have liked. Frequently had to read the signs to give you info at which I could have done and saved 100. Everyone in group was disappointed. No real insight to the art pieces. Heard other guides from other tours give so much more info. Cindy was our guide

Mother, 11 yo son, and 77 yo grandmother went to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island with guide Nicola. The entire experience with our guide was perfect. We learned a lot in a way that was interesting, interactive, and memorable. Our guide navigated us through security and on and off the boats with confident and experienced hands. He knew the best places to ride on the boat, the best places for photographs, and was able to convey historical happenings with context and depth. ask for Nicola! He’s amazing.
