I know it's cheesy, and has almost nothing to do with Vlad, but I loved coming to this castle! Some of the decorations were silly, and the gauntlet of gift shops was overwhelming. But I still think it was cool, and a nice castle to visit.

Absolutely ridiculous how they changed the castle. It used to be all about Vlad Tepes and the dracula myth and since recently they fully changed it, including the furniture, to how it was when the royal family lived there for a bit. I did not come to see that, especially knowing how nice it used to be. Awful change, do not recommend anymore. A shame because people come to see dracula not the wooden table where queen Marie had dinner during her summers!
