As everyone got smart phones these days a simple audio tour would be a bliss as written explanation of the exhibits additionally block the visitors flow.

Not really a big Dracula experience but you had access to most spaces in the castle. I recommend buying the extra tickets for the Medieval Torture exhibition and the time tunnel, it is not much extra money wise.

I guess my expectations was a bit higher. too many people, the staff somehow 'pushes' the crowd forward, you can't go back, some people had a health issues and it all left me with a bad impression. A castle itself is beautiful but I would organize those visits differently, and never let one hundred people to walk inside at the same time - I guess it’s not okay for castle and also for those who pay to see it !

Well, i am not amazed personally. They let in all people at the same moment and people is just arriving too much people all the time, too crowdy, guards just push you to go forward so not enough time to see and take picture of anything. Tickets office is located in the middle of village market and automates for tickets only in romanian language as everything else. Time chamber is something you waste your money and nothing to see, for that you have to buy another tickets at the castle.
