The place and the management is a disgrace. Super crowded. You have to queue to get in and continue queuing to access every room. They just sell too many tickets. The furniture doesn’t match the building style and time at all and the refurbishment isn’t appropriate, shabby and lack of attention to detail. The staff won’t even say the word “exit” in English. My friends and I interrupted the visit as soon as it was possible

Definitely a tourist trap but if you didn't know that then you've probably been living under a rock. With that in mind, my husband and I still had a fun experience! It is indeed quite busy and most certainly worth buying the fast pass as it also gains you entry into the other sites at the castle. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a floor dedicated to Romanian myths and legends despite Bram Stoker's Dracula having a tenuous connection to the place. Very interesting stuff! All in all the place could benefit from having times entries but other than that, I think it's worth seeing.
