It’s a cool historic monument but honestly it’s been heavily trivialized with the Dracula stuff. We came during October so it might have been a spooky season situation but it was a little cringe having this medieval castle filled with plastic skeletons and fake cobwebs. Also, you have to pay extra to see parts of it like the torture chamber and the tunnels and they built a shop right into the castle… In addition, the whole thing is streamlined for the crowds so it’s just a straight line through the castle, which adds to the tourist-trappy vibes. Overall, still cool, but a little disappointing.
