Fantastic day out. We visited 4 different museums on our trip and Bran was by far the best!! There was a great mix of detailed reading, interesting artifacts, and engaging visual pieces such as projections on the walls. The information is a mixture of Romanian history and the mythology surrounding the castle. It was easy to navigate around with clear signage and helpful staff. I loved learning about Queen Maria and her Daughter Ileana. I'd recommend arriving early as the queue was long by 10.30am!! We came first thing in the morning and walked straight in.

Beautiful castle which was much smaller than expected. The entrance fee is quite high and in my opinion not worth it. The interior is not very impressive and you can walk through everything in less than 30 minutes. It also feels very commercialised.

We attended Bran Castle on November 1st this year. The lines were long but they get people through quickly. We also attended the party afterwards. Lots of police but they were respectful. Adequate bathrooms, foodtruck outside . Music was good but loud, it may be my age too.

You need to pay for everything, toilet, entry, food, additional displays etc, the que is so long and then you try to get priority (pay extra) but the qr code does not work. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Castle itself very pretty but you walk in line in the crowd all the time. Not the best experience.
